利用聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)对市售具有300 nm尺寸的ZnO纳米粒子进行表面改性,并进一步利用改性后的ZnO纳米粒子(mZnO纳米粒子)和N, N'-亚甲基双丙酰胺(BIS)分别作为物理和化学交联点,经过氧化还原体系引发丙烯酰胺(AAm)聚合,制备出具有物理和化学双重交联结构的新型mZnO/PAAm抗菌水凝胶. 采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对mZnO纳米粒子和mZnO/PAAm纳米复合水凝胶进行表征,并通过压缩力学性能、溶胀性能和抗菌性能的测试研究所制备凝胶的性能.实验证明,通过PMAA的羧基与ZnO纳米粒子表面羟基的氢键复合,mZnO纳米粒子表面PMAA包覆率达到3.64 wt%,并在…
