X-ray diffraction study of the phase transitions in Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3

X-ray investigations of Na05Bi0.5TiO3 crystals showed the coexistence of rhombohedral and tetragonal phases in the wide temperature range. The temperature dependence of phase concentrations can explain the anomaly of dielectric properties observed at 280°C and 320°C temperatures.
