高分子材料聚乙二醇(PEG)具有高亲水性、生物相容性好和自身免疫原性低等优点,在组织工程心脏瓣膜(TEHV)领域应用广泛[1].新型复合PEG水凝胶,利用种子细胞分泌蛋白酶,尤其是基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs),促进支架携带的活性分子释放,调控组织生长微环境,具备生物智能特征,适合TEHV的构建[2].我们利用4分支状PEG和MMPs底物肽制备复合PEG水凝胶,与去细胞猪主动脉瓣结合构建复合支架,并检测相关生物学性能。
