通过单向拉伸试验研究了Fe-20Mn-3Si-3Al-0.045C TWIP钢在不同变形量、不同应变速率及不同变形温度下的力学性能.结果表明:当变形量为10%,时试验钢具有较好的综合力学性能,其屈服强度达到770 MPa,抗拉强度为1360 MPa,断后伸长率为30%.室温变形条件下,当应变速率为1×10-4s-1时,热轧态样品的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为510 MPa及860 MPa,拉伸伸长率为58%;当应变速率增加为1×10-1s-1时,其屈服强度及抗拉强度分别增至630 MPa和970MPa,伸长率则下降为39%;随着变形温度的上升,材料的伸长率及抗拉强度均下降.增加变形温度至300℃时,该材料在应变速率…

根据炉渣结构的离子理论,假设熔渣的黏性活化能与熔渣质点间距离(键长)成反比,考虑了熔渣中各种离子质点相对纯SiO2的移动能力,基于Arrhenius公式推导了一个由熔渣中质点浓度预报硅酸盐熔渣黏度的理论模型。并根据离子理论按炉渣成分分段计算各质点浓度,通过SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO四元系炉渣黏度试验数据确定了模型中的各个参数,并且通过其他文献的试验数据验证了这些参数适用于相应的二元及三元渣系。预报结果与国内外文献中大量的试验数据(二、三、四元系)基本相符,与试验结果的平均相对误差在20%左右,与其他模型相比准确度较高。
