以聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维(PAN-ACF)和SnCl 2 为原料, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备PAN-ACF/SnO 2 复合材料并将其用作锂离子电池负极材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析材料的组成及晶体结构; 用扫描电镜(SEM)观察样品形貌; 用热失重分析(TGA)对复合材料中SnO 2 的含量进行测定; 用恒流充放电、交流阻抗(EIS)和循环伏安(CV)对复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的电化学性能进行表征。结果表明, SnO 2 的含量对产物的形貌、结构和电化学性能有重要的影响。所制得的PAN-ACF/SnO 2 复合材料中SnO 2 的晶格常数 a =0.4739 nm和 c =0.3181 nm, 为四方金红石结构。PAN-A…

采用多层自组装技术在Al 2 O 3 微滤膜表面制备TiO 2 纳米涂层, 并利用1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基乙基三乙氧基硅烷(PFDS)对其表面进行氟化处理, 获得超疏水改性膜。通过X射线衍射仪, 傅立叶变换红外光谱仪, 原子力显微镜, 水接触角测试仪和扫描电子显微镜对改性膜进行表征。分析了TiO 2 纳米涂层的晶型结构, 探讨了TiO 2 沉积时间与改性膜表面粗糙度和疏水性之间的关系, 研究了PFDS改性次数对膜表面形貌和疏水性能的影响规律。结果表明: 在600℃退火1 h后, 获得锐钛矿结构的TiO 2 纳米涂层。随TiO 2 沉积时间的延长, 膜表面粗糙度增大, 水滴在膜表面的接触由Wenzel状态转变为Cassie状…
