在文献综述基础上对磷钨酸铈、硫酸铁铵、硫酸高铈、对甲苯磺酸、氨基磺酸、固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-WO3、分子筛MCM-48负载硅钨酸、分子筛MCM-48负载磷钨钼杂多酸、磷钨酸镧、活性炭负载磷钨杂多酸、四氯化锡掺杂聚苯胺等31种不同的催化剂催化合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛实验结果进行了比较,通过比较发现:分子筛MCM-48负载磷钨钼杂多酸、二氧化钛负载钛硅钨杂多酸、硅钨钼酸镧、硅钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺、四氯化锡掺杂聚苯胺、磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺、氯化铜掺杂聚苯胺、硫酸铁铵、硫酸高铈、K5CoW12O40·3H2O、氨基磺酸等11种不同的催化剂催化合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率高达85%以上,具有较高的实用价值。

以Keggin型钛取代钨磷酸钾和醋酸银为反应物合成了1个新的多金属氧酸盐Ag4H3PTi2W10O40.16H2O(1),通过X射线单晶衍射分析确定了其晶体结构,通过ICP分析和热重分析确定了其组成,通过红外光谱和固体漫反射光谱表征了其性质.单晶结构分析表明,化合物1属于四方晶系,I4/m空间群,晶胞参数a=b=1.39905(13)nm,c=1.14358(18)nm,V=2.2384(5)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.0550,wR2=0.1590.化合物1中的Ag+均为六配位,每个Ag+同时与3个多阴离子上的2个端氧和4个桥氧配位形成{AgO6}单元,这些{AgO6}将该多阴离子连接成三维网络结构.

Ag—Cu—Ti钎料连接C/C复合材料与钛合金的界面显微组织分析

以Ag-Cu—Ti合金为钎料钎焊连接C/C复合材料与钛合金(TC4),通过SEM对钎焊连接接头的微观组织和形貌进行分析,用EDS和XRD分析接头中的元素分布和物相组成.实验结果表明,中间钎料层与TC4合金之间的界面,形成了良好的界面扩散层,厚度为5~7μm,与TC4钛合金连接侧的钎料相组成主要为CuTi2,CuTi和Cu3Ti2;钎料层与C/C复合材料形成的扩散层厚度为1~3μm,与C/C复合材料连接侧的钎料相组成主要为CuTiz和CuTi.C/C复合材料与TC4合金之间形成了冶金结合.

实验先用磷酸和钼酸盐合成磷钼杂多阴离子,再通过控制金属种类、pH值及温度,及与有机配体和物料比进行实验,最终制备出五钼二磷酸盐配合物(H2bpy)0.5{[Co(H2O)5][Co(Hbpy)(H2O)4][Mo5P2O23]}并通过IR和X-单晶衍射法进行表征,表征结果与现有文献记载相吻合.成功找到制备五钼二磷酸盐配合物的新条件:(1)温度为160℃左右,pH在4.2—4.5之间;或(2)温度为140℃,pH为3.1—3.5之间,反应3d,均可制备五钼二磷酸盐配合物.
