本发明公开了一种原位合成法制备Cu-SSZ-13催化剂的方法,所述方法采用酸作为交换试剂,处理原位合成法制备得到的Cu-SSZ-13分子筛样品。所述用于原位合成法得到的Cu-SSZ-13分子筛的后处理方法,相比目前使用的硝酸铵离子交换法更为环保有效,制备出的催化剂活性更高,水热稳定性更好。该方法在获得高催化活性催化剂的同时,提高了分子筛结构的硅铝比,得到的Cu-SSZ-13催化剂具有优异的水热稳定性、宽的温度窗口以及优异的N2选择性,非常适合应用于柴油车尾气的净化。
