Decomposition of CFC113 over TiO2-based Catalysts.

Effects of Frequency and Applied Voltage on Electrical Treeing Discharges

Suwamo、Yasuo Suzuoki、Teruyoshi Mizutani 等 4 位作者1996-01-01IEEJ Transactions on Fundamentals and Materials

By using a needle-plane electrode system, electrical treeing discharges were measured with a computer-aided partial-discharge measurement system. It was found that time derivative of applied voltage (dv/dt) plays an important role in determining the occurrence of partial discharge (PD), while PD intensity is strongly…

Oxygen Ion Beam Etching of Single Crystal Diamond Chips Using an ECR-type Ion Source.

Shuji Kiyohara、Iwao Miyamoto1996-01-01Journal of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering

Reactive ion beam etching of diamond chips with oxygen ions using a Kaufman-type ion source has been investigated. Instability of thermionic emission and short life span of the thermionic tungsten filament (cathode) in a Kaufman-type ion source become problems, because the thermionic filament is attacked by the reacti…
