为提高TiO2晶体的光催化性能,采用基于密度泛函理论的平面波超软赝势方法,研究了S和Co分别单掺杂和双掺杂锐钛矿TiO2的晶体结构、电子结构和光学性质.研究结果表明:原子替位掺杂后体系晶格畸变较小;禁带中杂质能级的出现使TiO2光吸收带边发生了明显红移,且在可见光区的吸收效率显著增加,大大提高了光催化效率.与单掺杂比较发现,(S,Co)双掺杂红移现象更加明显且在可见光区均有吸收,为较好的掺杂改性方式.该成果对实验合成性能较佳的TiO2具有较好的指导意义.

利用DIONEX ASE350快速溶剂萃取设备提取了化妆品包装材料中可能使用的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-甲氧基)乙酯(DMEP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DI-OP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)等六种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。萃取溶剂为正己烷,萃取温度150℃,压力8 963kPa,驻留时间8min,循环3次,冲洗体积50%,吹扫时间20s。样液经浓缩后采用气相色谱/质谱联用方法测定。试验分析了10个化妆品包装垫片材料样品,发现增塑剂含量范围在0.0024%~1.57%。此方法检测效果良好。

{100}织构因具有两个易磁化方向能够明显的提高磁性能,因此如何在表面获得具有{100}织构一直是无取向电工钢研究焦点。本文主要介绍了获得{100}织构的主要工艺方法及其基本原理,并结合实际生产过程对各工艺方法的优缺点进行了分析;一方面,优化无取向电工钢的成分,降低碳、锰元素含量以避免脱碳退火和真空退火,简化生产工艺;另一方面,调节升温速度、降温速度和退火气氛,使{100}晶面的表面能或弹性应变能最低,制备具有{100}织构柱状晶组织的无取向电工钢是今后的发展方向。

针对日益严重的水体重金属污染及工业废水处理问题,利用一种由1,12-十二烷-O,O'-二苯基磷酸(DDDPA)和4-乙烯基吡啶作为双功能单体得到新型铅离子印迹聚合物微球,对其吸附及识别性能展开研究,结果表明,铅离子印迹聚合物微球对水中Pb2+有着良好的吸附性能,当溶液pH>5时,就能保持很高的吸附效率.选择性吸附试验研究发现,当共存金属阳离子为Zn^2+,Co^2+,Ni^2+时,铅离子印迹聚合物微球对目标Pb^2+的选择性较好,试验条件下的选择吸附系数分别为86.6,53.0和46.5;铅离子印迹聚合物对Cr^3+和Cu^2+具有一定的吸附能力,试验条件下的选择吸附系数分别为20.8和9.5.对铅离子印迹聚合物微球的洗脱试验结果…
