采用Q-P-T工艺对20SiMn2MoV钢进行热处理,利用扫描电镜、透射电镜研究其微观组织,使用XRD分析残留奥氏体的含量,并通过拉伸试验、冲击试验研究了Q-P-T工艺对钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,20SiMn2MoV钢经Q-P-T处理获得了板条马氏体+残留奥氏体+弥散析出碳化物的组织,残留奥氏体含量为4%~7%。淬火介质温度越高,残留奥氏体含量越高,钢的塑性、冲击韧性越好。碳分配时间应适中,过短则奥氏体稳定化不够,过长则发生碳化物析出及残留奥氏体分解。当淬火介质温度为90℃,碳分配60s时,钢的抗拉强度为1344MPa,伸长率达18.8%,强塑积为25267MPa·%,具有优良的强塑性匹配。

以蒜(Alliu msativum)苗叶渣为吸附材料,建立吸附率对Cr^6+浓度、蒜苗叶渣加入量、溶液pH值、吸附温度及吸附时间5个影响因素的二次回归正交旋转组合模型,研究蒜苗叶渣对重金属离子Cr^6+的吸附作用。从模型推知,pH值为5、温度40℃、时间2h、浓度40mg·L^-1、加入量0.5g时达最大吸附率94.91%。试验结果表明,蒜苗叶渣可以用来吸附低浓度含铬废水。Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型都可以描述C,。在蒜苗叶渣上的等温吸附行为,其中Langmuir较Freundlich更为拟合。蒜苗叶渣吸附Cr^6+的动力学试验表明,吸附过程符合二级动力学模型,说明该吸附过程为混合吸附,以化学吸附为主,物理吸…
