M-CAS溶液中において,TEOSのゾル―ゲル法により作製したM-CAS/シリカ複合膜の水滴接触角は120°となりM-CAS膜の95°と比べて,撥水性が向上した。さらに,シランカップリング剤であるHMDSを使用することで,シリカ微粒子表面にナノメートルオーダーの凹凸が形成され,水接触角が155°であり転落角が3°である超撥水性の塗膜が得られた。しかし,耐摩耗試験後の塗膜の接触角は急激に低下し60°前後となり,耐久性に劣ることがわかった。UV照射によりポリマーを架橋すると,水接触角が130°前後の撥水膜が得られ,耐摩耗試験後でも水滴接触角は110°前後を示した。複数回塗布することで水接触角は向上し,4回以上の塗布で水接触角が154°…
