以Ag-Cu—Ti合金为钎料钎焊连接C/C复合材料与钛合金(TC4),通过SEM对钎焊连接接头的微观组织和形貌进行分析,用EDS和XRD分析接头中的元素分布和物相组成.实验结果表明,中间钎料层与TC4合金之间的界面,形成了良好的界面扩散层,厚度为5~7μm,与TC4钛合金连接侧的钎料相组成主要为CuTi2,CuTi和Cu3Ti2;钎料层与C/C复合材料形成的扩散层厚度为1~3μm,与C/C复合材料连接侧的钎料相组成主要为CuTiz和CuTi.C/C复合材料与TC4合金之间形成了冶金结合.

实验先用磷酸和钼酸盐合成磷钼杂多阴离子,再通过控制金属种类、pH值及温度,及与有机配体和物料比进行实验,最终制备出五钼二磷酸盐配合物(H2bpy)0.5{[Co(H2O)5][Co(Hbpy)(H2O)4][Mo5P2O23]}并通过IR和X-单晶衍射法进行表征,表征结果与现有文献记载相吻合.成功找到制备五钼二磷酸盐配合物的新条件:(1)温度为160℃左右,pH在4.2—4.5之间;或(2)温度为140℃,pH为3.1—3.5之间,反应3d,均可制备五钼二磷酸盐配合物.

采用固相法制备Bi1.5-xEuxMgNh1,07(x=0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5和0.6)陶瓷。采用X线衍射仪(xRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和阻抗分析仪分别对陶瓷的相结构、显微结构和介电性能进行表征。结果表明:当Eu^3+取代量(x)较小(x≤0.5)时,所有组分的陶瓷样品均保持单一的焦绿石相;当x=0.6时,样品出现少量的EuNb0。杂相。随着Eu^3+取代量的增加,陶瓷的介电常数逐渐减小,介电损耗先减小后增大,温度系数显著增大。当x=0.5时.1MHz下测得的介电常数为96,介电损耗为3.8×10^-4,温度系数变成一12×10^-6℃^-1。因此,通过适当的Eu“取代可以获得适用于I类多层陶瓷电容器性…

层析硅胶负载Zr(SO4)2经高温焙烧制得一种新型固体酸Zr(SO4)2/SiO2催化剂,考察其在合成乙酸正丁酯反应中的催化活性.获得制备固体酸与催化合成乙酸正丁酯的优化工艺条件分别为:Zr(SO4)2的负载量0.5mmol/g、焙烧温度450℃;醇酸物质的量比1.5,催化剂用量1.0g(相对0.1mol冰乙酸),反应时间为2.0h,优化条件下的酯化率可达99.3%.实验结果表明,固体酸Zr(SO4)2/SiO2具有良好的酯化催化活性,且反应后处理简单,不腐蚀设备,属环境友好型催化剂.
