碳化硅铝基（SiCp／Al）复合材料薄壁件铣削变形仿真研究
为了研究碳化硅铝基（SiCp/Al）复合材料薄壁件铣削变形规律,通过对薄壁件和铣刀进行三维建模以及网格划分,利用ABAQUS/Explicit中的热-力耦合分析模块进行铣削模拟.通过改变每齿进给量fz和切宽ae来观测薄壁件变形的规律,并对仿真的结果进行分析.结果表明：工件整体变形呈U形,变形最小位置出现在工件长度方向中点附近,最大位置在工件两端.薄壁件变形随着每齿进给量fz和切宽ae的增大而变形加剧.本文研究可为进一步研究碳化硅铝基（SiCp/Al）复合材料薄壁件铣削变形提供理论依据.
