프탈로시아닌, 포르피린, 서브프탈로시아닌 및 퍼릴렌 화합물들은 광저장매체, 유기 태양전지, LCD, PDP, 반도체, 위폐 감별용 재료 등으로 응용된다. 본 연구에서는 퍼릴렌, 서브프탈로시아닌 및 포르피린을 프탈로시아닌 프레임에 가교 결합시켜서 프탈로시아닌계 하이브리드 유도체를 합성하였다. 합성된 하이브리드 시료들은 두 가지 다른 파장영역을 동시에 흡수하였다. 또한, 프탈로시아닌에 비하여 유도체의 도입으로 인하여 시료의 용해도가 향상되었으며, 치환된 유도체의 종류에 따라 Q-band가 장파장 영역으로 이동하는 정도가 상이하였다. 시료들의 화학적 특성 및 광학적 특성…

실리콘 나노 박막의 열-전계 방출효과를 이용한 분자 질량분석

본 연구에서는 가속된 이온이 전기장이 걸려있는 freestanding 단결정 실리콘 나노 박막에 충돌했을 때 발생하는 열-전계 전자 방출 특성을 여러 전계 및 열적 조건 아래 체계적으로 분석하였다. 이온 충돌에 의한 열-전계 전자 방출은 쇼트키 효과 (schottky effect)의 선형영역의 특성에 의해 예측된 바와 같이 전계의 세기가 증가할수록 선형적으로 증가했으며, 이온 충돌에 의해 발생하는 열에너지의 제곱에 비례하는 특성을 보여주었다. 이러한 특성들은 실리콘 나노 박막의 질량 분석기용 이온 검출기로의 사용 가능성을 보여준다.

본 연구에서는 낮은 열전이 온도를 가지는 텅스텐이 도핑된 이산화바나듐(W-VO2)을 제조하였다. 텅스텐이 도핑된 이산화바나듐은 바나딜설페이트(VOSO4)와 중탄산암모늄((NH4) HCO3)을 전구체로 열분해 과정을 통해 제조하였다. 이에 대한 입자의 구조 및 열전이 특성을 FE-SEM, EDS, XRD, XPS, DSC 분석을 통해 조사하였다. 그 결과 텅스텐이 도핑된 이산화바나듐 입자의 형상은 판상형태로 텅스텐이 이산화바나듐 결정에 잘 도핑 되어 있음을 확인 하였다. 텅스텐이 도핑된 이산화바나듐의 결정 구조는 단사정으로 60 nm의 크기를 가지고 있었으며, 화학적…
