两种套管钢在含CO 2 模拟油田地层水中的腐蚀行为
在含CO2模拟油田地层水的腐蚀环境中, 研究了温度、CO2分压(pCO2)以及合金元素对L80和K55两种套管钢腐蚀速率的影响, 并对腐蚀形貌进行了观察。结果表明: 随温度和pCO2的升高, K55钢的腐蚀速率增大, 温度超过90°后腐蚀速率又有所降低, 而L80钢的腐蚀速率对温度和pCO2不敏感; L80和K55钢的最大腐蚀速率分别为0.162 5, 0.983 6 mm·a-1; 高铬含量使L80钢比K55钢具有更为优越的耐蚀性能; K55钢的腐蚀产物以形状规则、堆垛疏松的FeCO3为主, L80钢腐蚀后的表面只有极其微小的蚀坑。
