SiC对MgO-CaO-C耐火材料抗氧化性能的影响

以SiC为抗氧化剂添加至MgO-CaO-C耐火材料中,研究了SiC对提高MgO-CaO-C耐火材料抗氧化性能的作用及抗氧化机理。通过TG-DSC、XRD、显气孔率测定以及近似计算氧化层面积等进行分析和鉴定。结果表明:加入SiC后MgO-CaO-C耐火材料的抗氧化性能得到显著提高,结构更加致密。材料中SiC大约在1210℃开始与氧气反应,反应后生成的SiO2继续和MgO反应生成镁橄榄石,从而填充气孔形成致密氧化层阻止碳的进一步氧化。

光降解对DOM与Cu2+、pb2+结合能力的影响

以氙灯为光源,通过平衡渗析法研究了美国萨旺尼河DOM在光解过程中,DOM与重金属离子(Cu2+、Pb2+)结合系数的变化。研究表明,DOM光照过程中,氧气对DOM起到促进作用。氧气充足条件下,将使DOM更大程度上发生光解。经过72小时照射,空气饱和和空气平衡状态下,DOM与Cu2+结合系数分别由1.33下降到0.70和0.62,DOM与Pb2+结合系数分别由0.14下降到0.09和0.05。光降解使更多的金属离子由与DOM的结合态转变为自由态。

采用溶胶–凝胶旋涂法在Si基片上生长La0.70Ca0.30–x Srx MnO3(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15)薄膜材料。利用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计对薄膜的结构、形貌、膜厚、Curie温度和磁卡效应进行了研究。分析了Sr含量对薄膜磁性能和磁卡效应的影响。结果表明,薄膜为单相正交钙钛矿结构,薄膜表面平整致密,均方根粗糙度约为2.3 nm,薄膜厚度约为260 nm。在室温条件下,随Sr含量增加,薄膜的磁性由顺磁性转变为铁磁性,Curie温度和最大磁熵变均向高温移动。当x=0.15时,薄膜在299 K时的最大磁熵变达到16.04 mJ/(cm3 K),有较好的室温应用前景。

【目的】对来源于Rhizopus chinensis CCTCC M201021的脂肪酶进行了D190V定点突变, 提高该酶的最适温度和热稳定性。【方法】对毕赤酵母表达的突变酶D190V与野生型酶r27RCL进行酶学性质比较。【结果】D190V的最适温度比r27RCL高5 ℃, 65 ℃下的半衰期提高了一倍, 在其他性质方面, 突变酶D190V与r27RCL基本相似。【结论】通过结构分析表明, 定点突变D190V提高该酶稳定性的主要原因可能在于提高了突变位点所在的α螺旋的稳定性以及增强了稳定蛋白质结构的氢键作用力。

通过溶解度参数预测,膜渗透性能检测,及扫描电镜(SEM)对膜形貌观察,考察了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)在γ-丁内酯(γ-BL)、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)为混合溶剂,乙二醇(EG)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)及其混合物为凝固浴时,相转化条件及溶剂配比对PVDF膜在孔隙率、纯水通量、BSA截留率,以及拉伸强度等性能方面的影响行为。结果表明,随混合溶剂中TEP质量分数的增加,凝胶浴中溶剂DMAc质量分数增大,PVDF膜皮层逐渐变薄,PVDF结晶球粒粒径变小,孔隙率增加,拉伸强度下降。当混合溶剂中TEP的质量分数为60%,凝胶浴DMAc含量30%时,膜纯水通量达2100L/(m2.h),BSA截留率仍保持58.7%,具有良好的超滤性能,可作…

采用真空气氛保护金属型制备Mg-4Zn-1Caj元合金,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、浸泡腐蚀失重试验研究了铸态Mg-4Zn-1Ca合金在模拟体液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,Mg-4Zn-1Ca合金的腐蚀速率随着时间的延长而降低,并观察到在60min时氧化膜丧失保护能力。经过5h浸泡后,铸态合金的平均腐蚀速率从最高的10.91mm/a下降到了4.447mm/a。
