采用自行研制的镁合金熔体超声处理装置对Mg-4Al-1Si合金熔体进行处理,研究超声处理功率、超声处理时间和超声处理温度对其凝固组织及相形貌的影响。结果表明:超声处理可以显著细化Mg-4Al-1Si合金的凝固组织,适当提高超声功率和处理温度以及适当延长处理时间均可增强细化效果。650℃Mg-4Al-1Si合金熔体经270W超声处理50s可以取得较好的细化效果,平均晶粒尺寸为107μm,为未经超声处理合金晶粒尺寸(383μm)的28%。另外,经超声处理的Mg-4Al-1Si合金中Mg2Si相由未经超声处理时的粗大汉字状转变为细小、弥散分布的颗粒状。

采用射频磁控溅射技术在室温下玻璃衬底上制备了铟镓锌氧(In—Ga—Zn-O)透明导电薄膜,并对该薄膜进行了真空退火。研究了不同退火温度对In-Ga—Zn-O薄膜结构、电学和光学性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)表明,在300℃至500℃退火温度范围内,In-Ga-Zn-O薄膜为非晶结构。随着退火温度的增加,薄膜的电阻率先减小后增大。透射光谱显示退火后In-Ga-Zn-O薄膜在500—800nm可见光区平均透过率超过80%,且在350nm附近表现出较强的紫外吸收特性。经过退火的薄膜光学禁带宽度随着退火温度的增加先增大后减小,350℃最大达到3.91eV。

研究了甲基橫酸盐体系电镀Pb-Sn-Cu三元合金工艺参数对镀层成分和外观的影响,确定了最佳的工艺条件:Pb^2+95-105 g/L, Sn^2+9-13g/L, Cu^2+2-3g/L,曱基磺酸 140g/L,添加剂A3-5g/L,添加剂B 6-7 g/L,电流密度2.5 A/dm^2,温度19-23 ℃。在此工艺下以不锈钢片为基材镀Pb-Sn-Cu合金45 min,所得後层色泽均匀,结晶细致,膜层厚度为11.2μm,镀层中Sn含量为7.44%-7.52%,Cu含量为2.19%-2.26%,符合Pb-Sn-Cu三元合金镀层成分的要求。

研究了不同Al含量对Cu-Zr-Ti基块体非晶合金力学性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)图谱显示,制备态试样均为完全非晶结构。室温压缩试验及显微硬度测试表明,当Al含量(摩尔分数)达到6%时,试样的抗压强度为2002MPa,断裂应变量为6.48%,显微硬度(HV)为767.6。用扫描电镜(SEM)对(Cu60Zr33Ti7)94Al6试样的压缩断面进行观察,发现由于断面上存在大量均匀细小韧窝抑制剪切带的快速扩展,导致合金力学性能的提高。

在H13模具钢表面电刷镀Ni后900℃×4h粉末渗铝得到Ni—Al-Fe复合渗层,并对渗层组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明,H13钢表面电刷镀Ni后粉末渗铝能获得表面均匀致密的Ni-Al-Fe复合渗层,渗层含NiAl(Fe)和Ni2Al3(Fe)相,且具有高硬度和高耐磨性,最高硬度可达760HV0.2,磨损机理为粘着磨损。
