通过控制制备过程中的洗涤次数,采用沉淀凝胶法制备了一系列不同钠离子含量的Co /SiO2催化材料,并采用X 射线衍射、N2吸脱附、X 射线能谱衍射、H2-程序升温还原、透射电镜和原子吸收光谱等多种表征手段系统研究了材料中残留钠离子对Co /SiO2材料的结构、分散性、氧化还原性和形貌的影响.结果表明,残留的钠离子使得样品比表面积下降,平均孔径增大,导致Co3O4的颗粒尺寸迅速增大.同时钠离子对Co3O4的还原具有抑制作用,使得样品的还原难度增大.结果导致Co /SiO2催化材料在乳酸酯加氢反应中的活性大大降低,同时造成丙酸乙酯副产物增加,对1,2-丙二醇( 1,2-PDO) 选择不利.

本文采用高温固相法合成了一种新型荧光粉SrCaSi04:Eu,Ce,并对其进行了光谱及荧光寿命衰减曲线的测试。结果表明:SrCaSiO4:0.005Eu2+,0.01Ce3+可和紫外LED相匹配发射蓝绿光,且在该体系中存在着Ce3+到Eu2+的能量传递;在荧光粉SrCaSiO4:Eu2+中共掺Ce3+将会使Eu2+的荧光寿命增长,同时发现此体系的Ce3+荧光寿命变短,这也证明了在此体系中存在着能量传递。

基于冷轧双相钢的生产工艺,采用ULAVC-CCT-AY-II连续退火模拟器对其进行退火,通过拉伸试验测试退火后的力学性能,并利用OLYMPUS-BX51金相显微镜和扫描电镜对热处理后的显微组织进行观察。结果显示:在760~780℃之间进行保温,缓冷温度设定为670℃,可获得铁素体加马氏体组织;添加Cr可以提高奥氏体的淬透性;预先再结晶处理改变了双相钢淬火后马氏体的形态和分布,得到较为均匀的F+M双相组织。

研究了一种Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12(BLT)铁电存储材料纳米管的简单有效合成方法。通过阳极氧化铝模板(AAO)辅助溶胶凝胶法,合成了BLT纳米管。其基本过程是以次硝酸铋、硝酸镧和钛酸四丁酯为原料,以冰醋酸和乙二醇甲醚为溶剂配制BLT溶胶,然后将BLT溶胶滴在AAO模板表面,浸润后烘干并反复多次,而后将材料在500℃下保温1h,除去有机物,最后在750℃下保温30min晶化,用KOH腐蚀去除氧化铝模板,即得到BLT纳米管。结果表明,BLT纳米管具有[117]择优取向;BLT纳米管管壁光滑,直径与模板孔径相当,约300nm,且分布均匀,管壁厚度约25nm,纳米管是多晶体,由粒径为8~12rim晶粒组成。
