华润置地郑州万象城购物中心(一期)为复杂超限高层建筑,建筑物体量庞大,房屋结构高度为40.65m,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。结构中同时存在扭转不规则、平面开大洞、大悬挑、竖向构件不连续、斜柱等多项平面及竖向不规则情况。系统地介绍了针对结构多项超限的对策、计算分析方法、中庭部位地下室局部抗浮措施、平面大洞口间楼板弱连接设计、超长结构的楼板温度应力、大跨度及长悬臂构件设计、框架结构中楼梯构件的处理等设计关键问题。
