Anticollinear magnetic order induced by impurities in the frustrated Heisenberg model of pnictides

Cédric Weber、Frédéric Mila2012-11-29Physical Review B

We present Monte Carlo simulations for a classical antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model with both nearest (${J}_{1}$) and next-nearest (${J}_{2}$) exchange couplings on the square lattice in the presence of nonmagnetic impurities. We show that the order-by-disorder entropy selection, associated with the Ising-like phase…

A F Wang、Z J Xiang、J J Ying 等 8 位作者2012-11-29New Journal of Physics

Resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements under external pressure were performed on NaFe 1− x Co x As ( x = 0, 0.01, 0.028, 0.075 and 0.109) single crystals. For both underdoped and optimally doped NaFe 1− x Co x As, the maximum T c reached as high as 31 K under certain pressures. Meanwhile the overdoped sa…

1H NMR Study of Hydrogen Site Occupancy in Hydrides of Disordered Ti-V and Ti-V-Cr Alloys

Elena Kurenkova、Anna Vyvodtseva、Marina G. Shelyapina 等 8 位作者2012-11-29Diffusion and defect data, solid state data. Part B, Solid state phenomena/Solid state phenomena

According to 1 H NMR study in fcc hydrides of disordered Ti-V alloys hydrogen atoms are distributed over both octahedral and tetrahedral sites. The occupancy of octahedral sites increases with the vanadium concentration. In hydrides of ternary Ti-V-Cr alloys hydrogen atoms occupy tetrahedral sites only.

Abstract. In this review paper comparison of magnetic properties in several MM’X-type intermetallics is presented. It may be summarized that main role in variation of magnetic interactions is played by modification of metallic sublattice in the tetrahedral but not in the pyramidal sites. It was shown not only in the c…

We report thermally stimulated current (TSC) experiments on graphene oxide (GO) to study the effects of various defect levels near the GO Fermi level. The TSC peaks are ascribed to detrapping from defect levels to the GO hopping transport energy level, and are found to be in agreement with the GO density of states rep…
