采用原位合成的方法制备了CoPc/SnO2/TiO2复合材料,利用UV,IR,XRD,SEM对产物进行了表征.结果表明,复合材料在紫外光谱中出现了酞菁特征吸收Q带的红移现象,红外光谱中出现了M—O的振动吸收峰,在XRD图谱中显示出SnO2/TiO2晶粒变小,并且在SEM中看出晶粒尺寸基本和XRD图谱显示一致.说明CoPc与SnO2/TiO2之间形成部分化学键.

采用悬浮静置聚合的方法合成了硝酸掺杂的聚苯胺/凹凸棒黏土(PANI/ATP)纳米复合材料,用于含Cr(VI)废水的吸附。考察了吸附时间、物料配比、投料质量、温度和溶液pH值对吸附性能的影响,进行了动力学和热力学分析。结果表明,吸附过程是化学过程,化学配位作用起主要吸附作用,质量配比An∶ATP=1∶0.75,投料质量为0.5 g,吸附50 mg/L的Cr(VI)溶液,1 h时吸附率为99.60%,残留Cr(VI)的浓度为0.2 mg/L,达到国家排放标准。
