用改进的Lewis槽研究了硫酸盐溶液中二癸基次膦酸(DDPA)的钠皂(Na-DDPA)萃取Co(II)动力学。分别考查了搅拌速度、温度、界面面积、钠皂浓度、钴离子浓度对萃取速率的影响。当搅拌速度在95~110r/min范围时,扩散阻力对萃取速率的影响可以忽略。萃取速率随着温度和比界面面积的增大而增大。计算得活化能为32.75kJ/mol。表明Na-DDPA萃取Co(II)为化学反应控制过程,Co(II)萃取的控制步骤为界面化学反应。萃取速率随着Na-DDPA和Co(II)浓度的增大而增大。得到了钴萃取动力学方程并讨论了萃取机理。

Cr(Ⅵ)是一种高毒性重金属。为了探究炭质材料对水中六价铬的吸附行为,首次尝试用不同浓度的锰离子溶液对颗粒活性炭进行改性,研究了包括pH、温度、投加量和Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度对原活性炭和改性活性炭的对比实验。结果表明在相同的条件下锰离子改性可以增加活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附容量,溶液pH、温度、投加量和初始浓度对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率有很大影响。活性炭对cr(Ⅵ)的吸附等温线与Langmuir模型有更好的线性相关性。

合成了标题化合物{Mn(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·(H2O)2(H2IBG =1,3-苯二甲酰二甘氨酸,4,4'-bipy=4,4'-联吡啶),并通过X-射线衍射对其单晶结构进行了测定.该结构属于三斜晶系,空间群P-1,分子量Mr=561.41,晶胞参数a=0.90278(8)nm,b=1.16584(1)nm,c=1.31133(1)nm,V=1.21309(2)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.537g·cm-3,F(000)=582.0.由于分子间氢键,使得分子结构更趋稳定.通过红外光谱、热重分析等对化合物进行了表征.

通过二乙烯三胺改性反应成功制备了多胺螯合树脂(DA),以Cu(Ⅱ)为吸附质研究了该树脂对重金属离子的吸附性能。实验结果表明该树脂对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附符合二级动力学模型,吸附为熵推动的自发吸热过程。Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程均能较好地描述其吸附过程,但Langmuir方程拟合的效果更好。在pH=5时,DA树脂对Cu(Ⅱ)的饱和吸附量达到1.360mmol/g,超过了商用树脂S984,表现出良好的吸附性能,有潜在的应用价值。

采用光学显微镜(OM)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等分析方法研究了Al-Mg-Si-Cu-Mn-Cr合金铸锭的均匀化退火工艺。试验结果表明,该合金铸态组织中存在大量的非平衡低熔点共晶相,其初始熔化温度为574℃;合金铸态组织相组成包括α—Al、Mg2Si、Al15(Fe,Mn,Cr)3Si2及少量含Cu相;随着均匀化退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,低熔点共晶相逐渐溶入基体;该合金铸锭适宜的均匀化退火工艺制度为560℃(4h-6h)。

在硬段含量和其它结构参数相同的基础上,选用相对分子质量相同的聚醚和聚酯二元醇(聚丙二元醇PPG2000、聚四氢呋喃PTMG2000、聚己内酯PCL2000、聚碳酸酯PCDL000)作为软段,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,合成出4种不同的聚氨酯乳液,研究了不同软段对乳液的外观、粒径、树脂膜的力学性能和玻璃化转变温度的影响。将该系列树脂用于合成革的后整理,研究了不同软段对聚氨酯合成革涂层离板性、耐切割性、保型定型性和曲挠性的影响。结果表明:以结晶型聚醚(PTMG)和聚酯(PCL和PCDL)为软段的水性聚氨酯涂饰剂,具有离板性好、耐切割、保型定型性和曲挠性较优良的应用特点,能取代溶剂型PU用于合成革的后整理。

以NiCl2·6H2O和均苯三酸(1,3,5-苯三甲酸)为原料,采用水热法合成了一维链状均苯三酸镍的配合物,利用元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征分析,结果表明:该配合物的分子式为Ni3O30 C18 H42,三斜晶系,P-1 (2)空间群,a=0.6698 (3)nm,b=1.0771(4) nm,c=1.2323 (5)nm,α=73.342 (9)°,β=77.76(1)°,y=71.76(1)°,V=801.59 (57),D=1.982g· cm-3,F (000)=4500,Rgt (F)=0.0287,wRre f(F2)=0.0809.

采用硝酸和氢氧化钠溶液对聚氧亚甲基(POM)纤维进行液相氧化与刻蚀处理,研究不同处理浓度和处理时间对POM纤维力学性能和表面形貌的影响。通过instron强力测试表明,POM纤维耐碱不耐酸,在稀酸与强碱下控制处理时间能达到表面糙化的效果。IR测试表明酸碱处理未能使POM纤维表面活化,通过SEM观察到不同浓度和处理时间下POM纤维表面的氧化和刻蚀情况。研究表明20%浓度的稀硝酸在30min左右能够在不大损害纤维强力的情况下对POM纤维表面糙化,30%浓度以上的强碱会对纤维强力产生影响,而在30%浓度以下的碱性溶液中能够长期保持稳定的力学性能且能使表面糙化。

摘要选择GE公司开发的Ti-46A1-2Cr-2Nb工程合金,采用Bridgman定向凝固技术,通过改变晶体生长距离(5—30mm)的方法,研究了晶体在渐进生长过程中领先相及其生长取向的演变规律.结果发现,在固定的温度梯度(G=18K/mm)与生长速度(v=20μm/s)下,定向凝固初始阶段合金的领先相为卢相.但随着凝固距离的增加,溶质组元Al在枝晶间的液相中富集程度逐渐增大,导致出现L+β→α/包晶反应.随着凝固距离的进一步增加,α和β相的竞争生长加剧,最终导致领先相由卢相转变为α相.通过EBSD分析表征了与凝固进程相关的领先相生长取向,在定向凝固初始阶段,领先相β的晶体沿其择优方向〈100〉β生长;在包晶反应过程中,凝固析出的…

针对三元水盐体系KBr-K2B4O7-H2O在348K时溶解度及相平衡规律,采用等温溶解平衡法对该三元体系的相关系进行了详细研究。根据平衡液相的组成绘制了相应温度下的平衡相图。研究发现,该体系属于简单共饱和体系,无复盐和固溶体生成,相图中有1个共饱点、2条溶解度曲线,溶解度曲线对应的平衡固相分别为KBr和K2B4O7·4H2O,实验结果表明,KBr对K2B4O7有较强盐析作用。
