新型腐植酸吸附树脂合成及其对Fe(III)吸附效应的研究

以天然腐植酸为原料,丙烯酸和二乙醇胺为接枝共聚单体合成了具有吸附性能的新型腐植酸—丙烯酸二乙醇胺树脂PHAE,探讨了吸附温度、时间、pH值、Fe3+初始浓度、树脂投加量对水中微量Fe3+吸附效应的影响,结果表明水溶液中Fe3+浓度为50mg/L、pH为5、温度为30℃时,按2g/L投加PHAE树脂,吸附平衡时吸附量可达5.26mg/g,Fe3+的去除率达89.65%。

为了制备高α-Si3N4含量的原料,在机械活化-化学激励法燃烧合成氮化硅工艺中,研究了机械活化时间、氮气压力、稀释剂和化学激励剂等因素对燃烧合成产物的影响。结果表明:通过机械活化把硅粉研磨至亚微米级,能提高硅粉的表面能,有助于在加入大剂量铵盐时燃烧合成α-Si3N4,但机械活化时间太长会导致铵盐分解流失,研磨时间不宜超过5h;当铵盐加入量大于18%后,燃烧波将不稳定;稀释剂的加入量应控制在40-60%。通过产物微观形貌分析知,在控温活化燃烧合成α-Si3N4时存在VC和VLS两种反应机理。

改性赤泥吸附废水中Cr(VI)的研究

氧化铝工业中产生的赤泥不仅量大而且污染环境,为探讨赤泥的资源化途径,文中以拜耳法生产氧化铝产生的赤泥为原料,通过焙烧的方法将其改性,并应用于含铬废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附,探索赤泥的改性温度、粒径、投加量、反应时间和废水pH对改性赤泥吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的影响及其吸附机理。实验结果表明,焙烧温度为800℃时改性赤泥对cr(Ⅵ)有较好的吸附效果;当800℃改性赤泥投加量为100g/L,反应180min,pH=9时对cr(Ⅵ)去除率达到97.63%。通过XRD和FTIR分析表明:改性赤泥去除Cr(Ⅵ)的机理以静电吸附为主。

Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂低温催化氧化低浓度正己烷废气

采用浸渍法制备了堇青石蜂窝陶瓷负载Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂,测定了其低温催化氧化活性。结果表明,Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂具有良好的催化活性,Pt负载量大的催化剂活性越好,6%Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂的T50为240℃、T90为272℃,空速为20000h^-1,对正己烷净化转化率可达100%,适合正己烷工业废气净化处理。

为了提高Mg—Zn二元合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,分别制备了Mg—Zn—Mn和Mg—zn—Sr三元合金,对舍金的显微组织、力学性能及Hank’s溶液腐蚀进行了研究。结果表明,Mg—Zn—Mn舍金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能均有明显改善,抗拉强度为317MPa,析氢腐蚀速率为0.012mlfd/cm2;Mg—Zn—Sr合金的性能改善效果不明显。

以聚乙烯(PE)薄膜为基材,通过表面处理,采用聚乙撑二氧噻吩(PEDOT)制备导电涂料,利用丝杠涂布制备了在可见和中远红外都有较高透过率的透明导电薄膜。利用可见分光光度计、红外光谱仪(IR)、四探针等分析PE导电薄膜的透光性和导电性。结果表明,表面改性有效提高导电层溶液的铺展性;当紫外光固胶CBU225质量分数为20%,导电层溶液中含有质量分数5%二甲基亚砜时,制备的PE导电薄膜表面电阻为8640Ω,在550nm的透过率为75.8%,红外透过率最高。

以羧甲基纤维素钠为接枝底物,丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为接枝单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制备出羧甲基纤维素N/AM-AA-SSS共聚物。结果表明,聚合最佳条件为:CMC用量1.44g,AA用量8g,AM用量8g,SSS用量4g,引发剂用量0.16g,交联剂用量0.008g,反应温度70℃。在此条件下,试样的吸蒸馏水倍率为980g·g-1,吸盐水倍率为103g·g-1。

本文采用传统的高温固相法在还原气氛下合成白光发光二极管用Sr3SiO5:Eu2+荧光粉,利用x-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱(PIJ)进行表征,研究不同助熔剂对所合成荧光粉发光性能的影响,并将荧光粉与蓝光GaN芯片封转成荧光转化的LED,研究荧光粉在发光二极管中的应用效果。实验结果表明,采用NaF和BaF2作助熔剂与加入H3BO3所合成的Sr3SiO5:Eu2+相比,有助于荧光粉结晶,使其具有更加优异的发光性能;封装后的白光发光二极管的特性也进一步表明,适量氟化物助溶剂的使用,可以优化白光发光二极管用黄色荧光粉的发光性能。
