金属有机骨架材料MIL-101(Cr)-NH_2的合成及其气体吸附性能

采用碱辅助的原位水热合成法制备了纳米金属有机骨架材料MIL-101(Cr)NH2,研究了合成液中NaOH加入量对其晶体结构、形貌和孔结构的影响,测定了273.4,298和333K下CO2和N2在MIL-101(Cr)NH2上的等温吸附曲线,并对其性质进行了表征.结果表明,加入适量碱(NaOH:NH2BDC=4:2,摩尔比)可得到粒径约40nm的MIL-101(Cr)NH2纳米颗粒,其BET比表面积可达2594m2/g,孔容为2.11cm3/g,273.4K时CO2的吸附量可达25.9mmol/g,CO2与N2的理想分离系数为19.4.

密炼制备了聚乳酸/聚丙撑碳酸酯/淀粉(PLA/PPC/ST)三元共混物,研究加工方式对材料水蒸气阻隔性、吸水率、力学性能、形貌等的影响。研究发现:C体系中,PPC包裹在ST周围,隔绝ST与水汽接触,材料阻隔性最高。20℃时.C50水蒸气阻隔性较B50与A50分别提高了19.4%与25.2%。C体系吸水率明显低于A和B体系。同时,分散相ST颗粒大小为A体系〉B体系〉C体系,力学性能优劣为C体系〉B体系〉A体系。

凝固浴温度对PVDF/PES-C共混膜结构及性能的影响

以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为混合稀释剂,采用热致相分离法(TIPS)制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/酚酞型聚醚砜(PES-C)共混膜,考察了不同凝固浴温度对膜结构和性能的影响。采用扫描电镜观察了膜的结构,测试了膜的纯水通量。运用DSC和XRD方法检测了膜的结晶性能。将制备的膜在膜生物反应器(MBR)中运行测试了膜的污水通量和出水指标。随凝固浴温度的升高,共混膜的最高熔融温度上升,膜中α晶型的含量增加。在凝固浴温度为25℃时,膜形成了较为致密的皮层结构和较为疏松的支撑层结构,此时共混膜的纯水通量和污水通量达到最大值,且MBR出水COD和NH4+-N含量达到排放要求。

以乙二胺四乙酸(H4edta)、三氧化二锑、氧化钆为主要原料,在水溶液中反应合成了锑(III)和钆(III)的三核杂金属配合物[Sb:(edta):Gd(H2O)。]NO3·3H2O,用元素分析、红外光谱、x射线粉末衍射和热分析等方法对配合物的组成和结构进行了表征。x射线粉末衍射数据指标化计算结果证实该配合物晶体结构属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数为:a=11.259A,b=9.689A,c=20.489A,β=94.099°。其热分解过程包括失水、配体及NO3的氧化分解过程,最后完全形成金属氧化物。

KSrBP2O8:RE(RE=Eu2+,Tb3+,Eu3+)荧光粉的制备与发光性能研究

采用高温固相反应法制备了KSrBP:O6:RE(RE=Eu2+,Tb3+,Eu3+)系列荧光粉。利用X射线衍射仪对样品的物相结构进行了分析,结果表明:稀土离子的掺人没有改变荧光粉的主晶相。利用荧光光谱仪对样品的发光性能进行了测试,发现在近紫外光激发下掺杂Eu2+离子的样品具有宽带发射峰,最强发射位于450nm左右,对应于Eu2+离子的4f65d1→4f7辐射跃迁。随着Eu2+掺杂量的增加,发射光从蓝光逐渐转变到蓝白光。另外,KSrBP208:Tb3+和KSrBP208:Eu3+能够在近紫外光激发下分别发射出绿光和红光,其最佳掺杂浓度分别为0.04%和0.08%(摩尔分数)。

低温烧结制备了添加晶核剂S(CaCO3,H3BO3,SiO2为原料)的CaO-B203-Si02(cBs)玻璃陶瓷。研究了晶核剂S对所制CBS的主晶相及其性能的影响。结果表明:在CBS玻璃陶瓷中,包含β-CaSi03、α-Si02和CaB2O4三种晶相,晶核剂S能促进主晶相的形成,提高析晶度。S的添加量为质量分数8%时,所得到CBS性能最好:er=6.11,tanδ=0.0009,弯曲强度δf≥220Mpa。
