SiC晶须在Si3N4-C和SiO2-C-N2系统中的合成

对Si3N4-C和SiO2-C-N2系统中的主要化学反应以及SiC晶须在两种系统中合成的热力学条件进行了分析,进而采用碳黑为碳源、Si3N4与SiO2微粉为硅源、氧化硼为催化剂,分别在氩气与氮气气氛下,于1600℃合成SiC晶须。采用扫描电子显微镜,透射电子显微镜等分析手段分析了晶须的生成量和形貌结构特征。结果表明:通过SiO2-C-N2系统可以一步合成SiC晶须,其与Si3N4-C系统合成的均为β-SiC;但在晶须的生成量和质量上,Si3N4-C系统合成的SiC晶须较好。

直流磁控溅射厚度对Cu(In_x,Ga_(1-x))Se_2背接触Mo薄膜性能的影响

采用直流磁控溅射工艺,在一定条件下通过控制溅射时间,在钠钙玻璃上制备了不同厚度的用于Cu(Inx,Ga1-x)Se2薄膜太阳电池背接触材料的Mo薄膜,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、四探针测试仪、台阶仪研究了厚度对溅射时间、薄膜微结构、电学性能及力学性能的交互影响.Mo薄膜的厚度与溅射时间呈线性递增关系;随厚度的增大,Mo薄膜(110)和(211)面峰强均逐渐增大,择优生长从(110)方向逐渐向(211)方向转变,方块电阻值只随(110)方向上的生长而急剧减小直到一特定值约2/,电导率随薄膜的(110)择优取向程度的降低而线性减小直到一特定值约0.96×10-4Ω·cm;Mo薄膜内部是一种多孔的长形簇状…

钢丝热镀锌-10%铝-混合稀土合金镀层工艺

利用电沉积原理,提出了一种在钢丝表面热浸镀锌-10%铝-稀土合金镀层的工艺,在热浸镀合金之前电沉积一层锌镀层,以代替普通的“双镀法”。给出了各工序的溶液配方及工艺条件。指出重点应放在钢丝的预处理上。采用2道电解脱脂以及石英砂擦拭、水溢流漂洗工艺,得到非常清洁的钢丝表面,才能保证镀层质量。给出了合金液温度范围(455~460℃)、氮气抹拭温度参数等技术要点。该工艺较“双镀法”节约能源,生产成本低。探讨了影响镀层质量的富集铝漂浮物的产生原因及处理办法,使镀层光滑,无“疙瘩”等缺陷。该工艺所得钢丝的表面质量稳定,各项理化技术指标达到YB/T4221-2010《机编钢丝网用镀层钢丝》标准的要求。

采用传统固相反应烧结法,以(K0.45+xNa0.55-x)0.98Li0.02(Nb0.77Ta0.18Sb0.05)O3-0.005BaZrO3无铅压电陶瓷为研究对象,研究K/Na比例、粉体合成温度、烧结温度、极化工艺条件对压电陶瓷性能的影响,以及退火温度和老化时间对材料性能稳定性的影响。结果表明:该体系陶瓷粉体的合成温度为850℃。烧结温度为1130℃,x=0.04时陶瓷的压电常数d33可达372 pC/N,机电耦合系数kp达0.465。合理的极化条件为极化电压4 kV/mm,极化时间25min,极化温度120℃。压电陶瓷在125℃下具有较好的温度稳定性,但时间稳定性较差,放置300 d后压电常数才能稳定。

微波辐射APT-g-PAMPS高吸水性树脂的制备及性能

以凹凸棒黏土(APT)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,采用微波辐射法接枝共聚合成了APT-g—PAMPS耐盐性复合高吸水性树脂,用FTIR和XRD对复合吸水性树脂的结构进行了表征。考察了微波功率和时间及APT用量对树脂吸水倍率的影响,测定了不同APT用量高吸水性树脂的吸水速率、保水性能及反复吸水性能。FTIR和XRD结果显示,APT和有机单体之间发生了接枝共聚反应,其反应仅在APT的表面进行,单体并没有插入到APT的层间。结果表明,微波功率为195W,辐射时间为2.5min,W(APT)=5%时,树脂在去离子水和生理盐水中的吸水倍率分别…

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了电解质材料La1.9Ba0.1M01.9A10.1O8.8(LBMA),通过热重一差示扫描量热分析(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法对样品进行测试研究。研究表明干凝胶经700℃煅烧处理即可得到立方相氧化物LBMA,煅烧后的粉体为分散性较好的球形纳米颗粒,平均粒径约为35nm。SEM分析和致密度研究表明溶胶一凝胶法制备的粉体具有良好的烧结性能,在1100℃烧结2h能得到相对密度高于98%的致密的陶瓷烧结体。电化学性能研究表明LBMA具有较高的离子电导率,1100℃烧结的LBMA电解质在800℃时电导率达到17.87mS/cm,电导活化能为…

分别采用高温固相法和湿化学方法(以NH4HCO3为沉淀剂的共沉淀法,以乙二胺为溶剂的溶剂热法以及以柠檬酸为螯合剂的溶胶一凝胶法)制得YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉,对在不同条件下所得的YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉的相态、结晶度、发光性能等特性进行了深入的研究,从而得出各合成方法中最适宜的煅烧温度、Ce3+掺杂量、滴加速度等因素对所得荧光粉的晶化过程、发光性能的影响规律,以便更好地改善YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉并推动其进一步的市场化应用。

采用直流电弧等离子体法结合原位钝化法制备Mg-Nb和Mg-Nb2O5复合储氢材料超细粉体,并利用ICP、XRD、TEM、P-C-T、TG-DTA等测试手段研究对比粉体的成分、相组成、微观形貌、颗粒粒径和吸放氢性能.ICP分析显示Mg-Nb粉中Nb含量高于Mg-Nb2O5粉,但均低于初始含量.XRD和TEM皆在Mg-Nb粉中发现MgNb2O3.67相,而Mg-Nb2O5中有NbO2.46新相生成.Mg-Nb粉的P-C-T曲线吸放氢平台更平坦,滞后更小;计算出Mg-Nb粉的氢化生成焓为-73.33 kJ/mol H2,低于Mg-Nb2O5粉的-82.45 kJ/mol H2.氢化后粉体的TG-DTA分析,Mg-Nb粉的放氢峰更尖锐,放…

摘要:通过扫描电镜和旋转流变等测试方法研究了马来酸酐(MAH)接枝聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)对聚碳酸亚丙酯/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PPC/PBS)体系的相形态和流变性能的影响。结果表明:PBS—g—MAH作为增容剂加入PPC/PBS体系中,原位生成接枝共聚物,使PPC与PBS相之间的界面变得模糊,界面层厚度增加;随着PBS—g—MAH含量的增加,体系的熔体强度得到提高,逐渐从“类液体”性质转变为“类固体”性质,界面松弛峰向长时方向移动。
