以Yb2O3、Y2O3、Gd2O3稀土氧化物粉末和ZrOCl2.8H2O粉末为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备了Yb2O3-Y2O3-Gd2O3-ZrO2(YYGZO)热喷涂用粉末,采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了YYGZO涂层,利用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)研究了YYGZO粉末及涂层的微观组织形貌、相结构。结果表明,制备的热喷涂YYGZO粉末大部分呈规则实心球体状,且球形度良好,颗粒粒径均匀,大部分颗粒粒径分布为30~60μm,流动性能较好,满足大气等离子喷涂的要求。YYGZO涂层具有较好的高温相结构稳定性。所制备YYGZO热障涂层组织结构比较致密,涂层各个界面结合紧密,孔隙率约为9.23%,结合强度为35.2 M…

将纳米氧化锌(nano-ZnO)作为协效改性剂与膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)复配,制成IFR/nano-ZnO复合阻燃剂,并将其用于三元乙丙橡胶/聚丙烯(EPDM/PP)复合材料的阻燃。研究了nano-ZnO用量对该EPDM/PP/IFR/nano-ZnO阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:EPDM/PP/IFR/nano-ZnO阻燃复合材料具有优良的阻燃性能,且材料的力学性能明显改善;另外,当nano-ZnO用量为2%时,该阻燃复合材料的综合性能最佳。

使用RF-PECVD法分别在基底温度为60℃、120℃和200℃的N型单晶锗表面制备了α-C:H膜,采用拉曼光谱、傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱和原子力显微镜等技术手段研究分析了α-C:H膜的价键组成及表面形貌,讨论了基底温度对α-C:H膜微结构及部分性能的影响。结果表明,在α-C:H膜沉积过程中,基底温度对膜层微观结构有较大影响,基底温度60℃时,膜层表面光滑、致密无石墨化现象。随着基底温度的升高,α-C:H膜中含H量和微晶石墨量逐渐增多,α-C:H膜层性能也逐步退化。

利用微波辅助有机溶胶法成功制备了Pd3Ru/C纳米电催化剂。相比传统的高压有机溶胶法,该法大大降低了有机溶剂的使用量并缩减了反应时间,是一种环境友好和资源节约的新型方法。采用xRD,TEM,XPS和电化学测试等手段对其结构和电化学性能进行了表征和评价。XRD和TEM结果表明微波辅助制备的Pd3Ru/C催化剂其粒径只有约3.0nm,分散性也较Pd/C得到显著改善;XPS谱图证实催化剂活性组分Pd和Ru的原子比约为3.13:1,Pd和Ru两种元素间发生了相互作用。与同条件制备的Pd/C催化剂相比,Pd3Ru/C催化剂在电极上发生甲酸氧化反应的主要峰电位负移了约100mV,峰电流密度增大了2/3左右,其甲酸电氧化活性得到明显提高。

采用浸渍法制备了H3 PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3催化剂,并通过FT-IR,XRD对其进行了表征.以H3 PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,研究了各种因素对收率的影响.结果表明:固定环己酮用量为0.20 mol,在n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.4,反应时间30 min,带水剂环己烷的用量为10 mL,催化剂的用量占反应物总质量的0.8%的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达88.9%.

在Ti6A14V合金微弧氧化膜表面制备Ni-P-ZrO2化学复合镀层,微弧氧化处理时间分别为15、30、60、90min。采用扫描电镜/能谱仪、划痕试验、热震试验、显微硬度计和球盘式摩擦磨损试验机研究了微弧氧化膜结构对Ni-P-ZrO2化学复合镀层的结合性能与摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:随着微弧氧化时间的增加,复合镀层的结合性能显著提高,原因是微弧氧化膜的多孔性结构及其机械锁合效应。与Ti6A14V合金相比,微弧氧化+化学复合镀处理后的试样硬度和耐磨性显著提高,Ti6A14V合金表现为是严重的黏着磨损,而Ni-P-ZrO2复合镀层以磨砺磨损为主。

系统研究了(VFe)48Ti26Cr26-xMox(0≤x≤5)合金吸放氢性能及微观组织结构。XRD及PCT测试结果表明,随着Mo含量增加,合金的晶格常数增大,放氢平台压升高,吸放氢量在Mo含量0≤x≤2范围内不出现显著变化,且有效放氢量(质量分数)均能保持在2%以上。当Mo含量为1 at%时,合金吸放氢量均达到最大值,吸氢量为3.59%,放氢量为2.08%,室温下的放氢平台压为0.337 MPa。SEM与EDS分析表明,不同Mo含量的合金均由bcc主相、Laves相及稀土氧化物相组成,且Mo主要存在于合金的bcc主相中,而在Laves相中分布相对较少。

以膨润土为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同焙烧温度的Cu—Fe双金属掺杂的TiOz/膨润土复合光催化剂,采用XRD、TG—DSC和N。吸附技术对其结构进行了表征,通过光催化降解直接天蓝染料废水,考察了焙烧温度对催化剂光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当焙烧温度高于300℃时,催化剂中出现了锐钛矿型TiO2,杂的cu2+Fe3+能进入了TiOz晶格取代了部分Ti4+使其晶格产生了一定程度的畸变,形成了复合半导体,拓宽了TiO2的光谱响应范围,并且Cu抖、Fe什掺杂的TiOz复合半导体进入了蒙脱石层间,与膨润土成功复合,增大了催化剂的比表面积并改善了催化剂的孔体积,提高了光催化剂活性和再生性。
