用浸渍法制备SO24-/ZrO2-MgO固体酸催化剂,用X射线衍射、红外光谱、NH3程序升温脱附等方法对SO24-/ZrO2-MgO固体酸催化剂进行表征。结果表明,SO24-/ZrO2催化剂中加入适量的Mg有利于四方晶相ZrO2(t)的形成;有利于增加固体酸表面酸强度和酸量。SO24-/ZrO2-MgO催化剂在合成醋酸丙酸纤维素(CAP)的反应中有很高的活性,当n(ZrO2):n(MgO)=15∶1,焙烧温度500℃时,催化活性最佳,50℃下,反应8 h后,CAP收率达116.40%。

采用先驱体浸渍-裂解法,以聚碳硅烷和正丁醇锆为原料高温裂解制备了ZrO2改性的SiC陶瓷材料,采用氧乙炔焰对材料进行烧蚀实验,结合XRD、SEM和EDS能谱等测试方法,研究了ZrO2的引入对材料烧蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在制备的ZrO2改性SiC陶瓷中,ZrO2以细碎的颗粒状存在于致密的SiC之间。ZrO2的引入提高了SiC陶瓷材料的抗烧蚀性能,引入质量分数为29%ZrO2后,SiC陶瓷的质量烧蚀率由0.0412g/s降低为0.0195g/s,烧蚀后材料未发生断裂。构建了烧蚀行为模型,可知ZrO2在烧蚀后能相对稳定的存在于烧蚀中心,而SiC被氧化为SiO2向四周流失。

制浆造纸过程中由于水质不良引起的无机结垢问题是不容忽视的。本文以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和衣康酸(IA)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,异丙醇为链转移剂,在水相中合成AA/IA/AMPS三元共聚物型阻垢剂,通过正交实验设计,考察了单体配比、反应温度、引发剂用量、反应时间等因素对合成产物阻垢性能的影响,由此得到了优化的合成条件和产品。将之与多种商业样品进行阻垢性能比较,且同时考察它们在分散能力和螯合能力上的差异,结果表明自制AA/IA/AMPS共聚阻垢剂的综合效果具有明显的优越性。最后,通过扫描电镜观察,初步探索了阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢的作用机理,发现该阻垢剂的使用使碳酸钙垢从相对稳定的方解石晶形转变为不稳定的块…

以1,4-丁二酸、1,4-丁二醇和1,2己二醇为原料,采用直接熔融缩聚的方法,合成得到聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)和一系列聚(丁二酸丁二醇酯-CO-丁二酸1,2-己二醇酯)(PBSH)共聚物。采用乌氏黏度计、^1HNMR、DSC和流变仪等手段对其分子量、化学结构、热学性能、流变行为和力学性能进行研究。结果显示:随着1,2-己二醇摩尔分数的增加,相应PBS共聚酯的熔点(Tc)、结晶温度(Tc)、结晶度(Xc)、弯曲强度、拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率明显增加;另外,1,2-己二醇的加入对PBS的零切黏度(ηc)、储能模量(G’)和损耗模量(G″)也有一定的影响。

水热法合成了1个新的锌配位聚合物[Zn(trans-chdc)(bbmb)]。(H2trans-chdc=反-1,4-环己二酸;bbmb=4,4'-二(苯并咪唑.1-甲基)联苯),并通过红外光谱、元素分析、XRD、TGA和X射线单晶衍射对配合物的单晶结构进行了表征。该配合物属正交晶系,Pbcm空间群,晶胞参数为8=0.5731(2)nm,b=1.9891(8)nm,c=2.7688(12)nm,V:3.157(2)nm3,Z=4。晶体结构分析表明该配合物为具有四重穿插金刚石拓扑的三维结构。室温固态荧光测试显示,配合物在533nm(λmax)具有强的荧光吸收。

基于导电填料(羧基功能化多壁碳纳米管,MWNTs—COOH)与聚氨酯间氢键相互作用基础上,制备了聚氨酯(Pu)复合导电薄膜。表征结果证明,MWNTsCOOH和PU基体间存在着氢键相互作用,实验制备的聚氨酯样品中存在着由软、硬段微区形成的微相分离结构,采用这种氢键作用基础上的原位聚合工艺能够实现羧基功能化多壁碳纳米管在聚氨酯基体中的均匀分散。固化得到的复合导电薄膜显示出高效的、有选择性的针对一些非极性有机溶剂饱和蒸气,如苯、环己烷、四氯化碳等表现出强的电阻响应性,响应强度均达到2.0×10^6,这主要取决于聚氨酯基体的膨胀效应及软、硬段的组成比例。
