采用熔盐法制备了Sr取代Ba(Sn0.12Ti0.88)O3粉体,探讨了在熔盐的催化作用下,合成温度对(Ba1-xSrx)(Sn0.12Ti0.88)O3粉体形态的影响。结果表明,在熔盐的催化作用下,当反应温度为700℃时便开始大量形成具有四方相特征外形的立方钙钛矿Ba(Sn0.12Ti0.88)O3晶粒,熔盐法有效地抑制了陶瓷晶粒的异常长大,制备得到了纳米陶瓷。

研究了Ag元素对Zn-Al钎料显微组织的影响,添加鲰元素能够细化Zn-Al钎料显微组织.结合钎焊接头力学性能、钎焊接头显微组织以及断口形貌,分析了Zn-AI-Ag钎料铜一铝钎焊接头的断裂机理.在外力作用下,钎缝显微组织中脆硬的块状CuAl2相与其周围组织难以实现同步协调变形,在CuAl2相边缘容易产生应力集中,从而萌生裂纹源,这是Zn-AI-Ag钎料铜-铝钎焊接头发生断裂的主要原因.添加鲰元素后,钎缝中块状CuAl2相尺寸变小,应力集中倾向降低,对应的钎焊接头强度提高.当舷元素添加量为3.3%(质量分数)时,钎焊接头强度达到最高,其对应的断口形貌中韧窝状形貌大而深.

合成一种新型Nd^3+有机配合物,以不含C—H的五氟丙酸(C3F5COOH)为第1配体,仅含4个C—H的2-氨基-3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶(Tfpy)为第2配体。配合物的紫外(UV)谱、红外(FT—IR)谱和核磁共振H(^1H HMR)谱表明,所有配体和Nd^3+成功配位。制备了配合物溶于氘代二甲亚砜(DMSO-d6)的溶液,测试了溶液的紫外-可见-近红外(UV—Vis—NIR)吸收谱、荧光谱以及荧光寿命,并对溶液体系进行Judd—Ofelt(J—O)计算,得到3个强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、激发态寿命τt和受激辐射截面σem。Ω2=1.083×10^-20cm^2,表明配合物中Nd^3+与配体的配位键离子性较强。配合物实测荧…

以类弹性蛋白多肽(ELPs)为标签的非色谱纯化重组蛋白显示出良好的应用前景,本文使用自行设计的新型ELPs纯化标签,以低浓度盐诱发其可逆相变,从而更温和、高效地纯化融合表达的1,3-丙二醇氧化还原酶(PDOR).在测得ELPs-PDOR融合蛋白在不同浓度Na2CO3溶液中相变温度的基础上,选取0.8mol/LNa2CO3溶液,在室温下使ELPs发生可逆相变,与目的蛋白PDOR一同聚集,经可逆相变以离心法得以纯化,得到纯度约98%的纯酶,纯化倍数可达到8倍以上,是组氨酸标签的7倍多.融合酶的酶学性质表明ELPs作为纯化标签对目标蛋白空间结构影响微小,融合蛋白可直接作为酶催化化学反应.低盐诱发相变的方法,可避免盐浓度过高对酶结构及性能…

采用共沉淀法制备了LaLu0.7Er0.3O3的纳米多晶粉体。对它进行了x射线粉末衍射测试,根据衍射峰宽估算了粉体颗粒的尺寸,同时利用Rietveld全谱拟合方法确定了它的结构。在室温下,测试研究了它的吸收和光致发光谱。并利用380nm光激发,测试了1.5μm红外(^4I13/2→^4I15/2)光的荧光衰减情况,给出了相应荧光寿命。结果表明,LaLu1-xErxO3是一种值得深入研究并具有潜在应用价值的红外激光材料。

高温固相法合成双掺杂钙钛矿型锰氧化物Sm0.5Ca0.5Mn0.90Cr0.10O3.材料的晶体结构具有良好的单相性,属典型O'类正交结构.零场和有场冷却条件下测得的磁化强度在冻结温度D以下不重合.在外加磁场的作用下,材料出现典型的金属一绝缘体(I—M)转变以及庞磁电阻(CMR)效应,而母体材料Sm0.5,Ca0.5,MnO3未出现I-M转变,并且在2K-350K的测量温区内呈半导体导电行为.稀土锰氧化物Sm0.5Ca0.5,Mn0.90Cr0.10O3,体系中存在多种复杂有趣的磁相互竞争机制,并导致其具有丰富的磁性及输运特性.

利用MA+SPS技术制备Mn1.1Fe0.9P0.8Ge0.2Bx(x=0,0.02,0.03,0.04)化合物并对其晶体结构和磁热性能进行研究。XRD分析结果表明:该系列化合物具有六方Fe:P结构。随着B含量的增加晶格常数a和c均发生了明显的变化,导致c/a的值先减小后增大。分别利用DSC和VSM对材料的磁热性能进行了测试,结果表明居里温度死和熵变均与B的含量存在一个非线性关系,当B的含量为0.02时Mn1.1Fe0.9P0.8Ge0.2B0.02化合物的磁热性能最好,R从x=0时的253K增加到263K,相应的滞后从23K下降到19K,在0~2T外磁场下的磁熵变从28.7J/kg·K增加到32.6J/kg·K。
