高温固相法合成双掺杂钙钛矿型锰氧化物Sm0.5Ca0.5Mn0.90Cr0.10O3.材料的晶体结构具有良好的单相性,属典型O'类正交结构.零场和有场冷却条件下测得的磁化强度在冻结温度D以下不重合.在外加磁场的作用下,材料出现典型的金属一绝缘体(I—M)转变以及庞磁电阻(CMR)效应,而母体材料Sm0.5,Ca0.5,MnO3未出现I-M转变,并且在2K-350K的测量温区内呈半导体导电行为.稀土锰氧化物Sm0.5Ca0.5,Mn0.90Cr0.10O3,体系中存在多种复杂有趣的磁相互竞争机制,并导致其具有丰富的磁性及输运特性.

利用MA+SPS技术制备Mn1.1Fe0.9P0.8Ge0.2Bx(x=0,0.02,0.03,0.04)化合物并对其晶体结构和磁热性能进行研究。XRD分析结果表明:该系列化合物具有六方Fe:P结构。随着B含量的增加晶格常数a和c均发生了明显的变化,导致c/a的值先减小后增大。分别利用DSC和VSM对材料的磁热性能进行了测试,结果表明居里温度死和熵变均与B的含量存在一个非线性关系,当B的含量为0.02时Mn1.1Fe0.9P0.8Ge0.2B0.02化合物的磁热性能最好,R从x=0时的253K增加到263K,相应的滞后从23K下降到19K,在0~2T外磁场下的磁熵变从28.7J/kg·K增加到32.6J/kg·K。

采用改进Hummers方法制备氧化石墨(GO)。以还原态氧化石墨与铜和氧化亚铜复合(Cu-Cu2O/RGO)。对GO和Cu-Cu2O/RGO复合材料进行了TEM、Fr—IR、XRD、SEM等表征。研究结果表明,氧化石墨为片状结构,其边缘处存在较为明显的褶皱和折叠,氧化石墨中含有大量的含氧的亲水官能团(如:羧基、羟基、羰基等)。而在Cu-Cu2O/RGO复合材料中,Cu和Cu2O粒子能够比较均匀地分布于还原态氧化石墨的层间。另外,在室温下对Cu-Cu2O/RGO复合材料的NOx气体敏感性测试结果发现,当注入NOx后,其电阻下降,反之当脱离NOx时电阻又会上升到平缓位置;而且随着NO。的浓度递减,灵敏度也随之下降,表现出较好的响应-恢…

以β-环糊精(β-CD)、2-羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)和4-乙烯吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体,以氟比洛芬为模板分子,以环氧氯丙烷和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用本体聚合法制备分子印迹聚合物(MIPs),对氟比洛芬与功能单体的相互作用和MIPs的结构进行了表征,比较了3种MIPs对氟比洛芬的吸附性能.结果表明,β-CD,HP-β-CD和4-VP与氟比洛芬之间以较强的相互作用形成复合物,通过交联、聚合形成聚合物,以HP-β-CD作功能单体所得聚合物印迹效果最佳,具有较强的特异性吸附能力,印迹因子和特异性吸附率分别为1.79和38.92%,分子印迹机制是β-CD的锥简包结作用和羟丙基的亲和作用形成印迹空穴.

研究了C3A-CaC03-H2O三元体系的水化性能。采用量热分析进行C3A-CaCO3-H2O三元体系水化历程的研究;运用x射线衍射分析(XRD)进行物相检测。结果表明:CaCO3的掺入使C3A的水化历程发生了改变,导致其水化放热出现了有别于纯C3A水化放热规律的“双峰”现象,第一放热峰是由c,A初始水解以及生成碳铝酸钙水化物而产生的,与纯c,A的放热峰相比,峰值增高且峰值出现时间提前。第二放热峰是形成了大量的碳铝酸钙水化物而产生的。CaCO3与C3A成了新相单碳铝酸钙水化物,水化1h时有半碳铝酸钙和单碳铝酸钙水化物形成,水化1d后产物中未发现半碳铝酸钙,只有单碳铝酸钙水化物存在直至28d,说明半碳铝酸钙是不稳定的,而单碳铝酸钙是…

采用Ni-Nb薄膜作为导电阻挡层,以‰.5Sr0.5C003(LSCO)为底电极,构建了LSCO/Pb(zr0.4,Ti0.6)03(PZT)/LSCO异质结电容器。使用X射线衍射仪和铁电测试仪对其进行结构表征和性能测试。实验发现:Ni-Nb薄膜为非晶结构,PZT薄膜结晶状况良好。LSC0/PZT/LSCO电容器在5V外加电压测试下,电滞回线具有良好的饱和趋势,剩余极化强度P,为35.5μC/cm2,矫顽电压K为1.42V,电容器具有良好的抗疲劳特性和保持特性。

通过水热法及均匀沉淀法制备了NiO/TiO2-B一维复合纳米材料。利用XRD、SEM等表征了纳米带的结构与形貌,采用恒电流充放电、CV等手段,对制备的复合纳米材料电极进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明,采用水热法及均匀沉淀法可以较为便捷的制备出NiO/TiO:B纳米带,而且负载NiO后纳米带电化学性能得到了明显的提升,在0.1C倍率条件下首次放电容量可以达到304mAh/g,高于纯TiO2-B纳米带的234mAh/g;在1c的倍率下复合材料的首次放电容量可以达到233mAh/g,容量提升了33.9%;在200次循环后容量仍能保持129mAICg。

采用粉末原位合成T艺成功制备新型Mg-50%Al4C3-6%Ce中间合金,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析对其进行物相鉴别和形貌分析。结果显示,中间合金主要由层片状Al4C3和细杆状Al4ce以及Mg基体组成。在AZ91D镁合金熔体中加入Mg.50%Al4C3。6%Ce中间合会可明显细化枝晶组织,枝晶形貌由六重对称的树枝状演变为花瓣状,当加入量为1.2%(质量分数)时,平均晶粒尺寸由基体合金的360gm降至65μm。晶粒细化机制可归结为Al4c3颗粒作为初生α—Mg的异质晶核,Ce富集于同液界面,引起成分过冷,从而激活同液界面前沿潜在的Al4C3核心,提高Al4c3的形核率。

采用固相法制备了5at%Yb和1at%Ho掺杂的LnTaO4(Ln=Gd,Y)多晶粉末,对X射线粉末衍射数据进行Rietveld全谱拟合,获得了其结构参数。在常温下测量了漫反射谱,光致发光谱和荧光寿命,指认了对应的能级跃迁。结果表明,采用940 nm LD激发,在Yb,Ho共掺钽酸盐中可以获得2.9μm附近波长的宽带发光。因此,Yb,Ho共掺钽酸盐有希望成为一类新型激光二极管泵浦的中红外激光材料。
