通过液固反应制备了含TiC和Al4C3相的Al-Ti-C中间合金,并利用OM、XRD、SEM和EDS等研究了Al-Ti-C中间合金对Mg-8Li-3Al合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al-Ti-C中间合金的最佳加入量为1.0%;加入量为1.0%时,粗大的α相树枝晶变成颗粒状,并且α相变得更加细小圆整,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到199.28MPa和14.60%。

研究了C3A-CaC03-H2O三元体系的水化性能。采用量热分析进行C3A-CaCO3-H2O三元体系水化历程的研究;运用x射线衍射分析(XRD)进行物相检测。结果表明:CaCO3的掺入使C3A的水化历程发生了改变,导致其水化放热出现了有别于纯C3A水化放热规律的“双峰”现象,第一放热峰是由c,A初始水解以及生成碳铝酸钙水化物而产生的,与纯c,A的放热峰相比,峰值增高且峰值出现时间提前。第二放热峰是形成了大量的碳铝酸钙水化物而产生的。CaCO3与C3A成了新相单碳铝酸钙水化物,水化1h时有半碳铝酸钙和单碳铝酸钙水化物形成,水化1d后产物中未发现半碳铝酸钙,只有单碳铝酸钙水化物存在直至28d,说明半碳铝酸钙是不稳定的,而单碳铝酸钙是…

采用Ni-Nb薄膜作为导电阻挡层,以‰.5Sr0.5C003(LSCO)为底电极,构建了LSCO/Pb(zr0.4,Ti0.6)03(PZT)/LSCO异质结电容器。使用X射线衍射仪和铁电测试仪对其进行结构表征和性能测试。实验发现:Ni-Nb薄膜为非晶结构,PZT薄膜结晶状况良好。LSC0/PZT/LSCO电容器在5V外加电压测试下,电滞回线具有良好的饱和趋势,剩余极化强度P,为35.5μC/cm2,矫顽电压K为1.42V,电容器具有良好的抗疲劳特性和保持特性。

通过水热法及均匀沉淀法制备了NiO/TiO2-B一维复合纳米材料。利用XRD、SEM等表征了纳米带的结构与形貌,采用恒电流充放电、CV等手段,对制备的复合纳米材料电极进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明,采用水热法及均匀沉淀法可以较为便捷的制备出NiO/TiO:B纳米带,而且负载NiO后纳米带电化学性能得到了明显的提升,在0.1C倍率条件下首次放电容量可以达到304mAh/g,高于纯TiO2-B纳米带的234mAh/g;在1c的倍率下复合材料的首次放电容量可以达到233mAh/g,容量提升了33.9%;在200次循环后容量仍能保持129mAICg。

采用粉末原位合成T艺成功制备新型Mg-50%Al4C3-6%Ce中间合金,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析对其进行物相鉴别和形貌分析。结果显示,中间合金主要由层片状Al4C3和细杆状Al4ce以及Mg基体组成。在AZ91D镁合金熔体中加入Mg.50%Al4C3。6%Ce中间合会可明显细化枝晶组织,枝晶形貌由六重对称的树枝状演变为花瓣状,当加入量为1.2%(质量分数)时,平均晶粒尺寸由基体合金的360gm降至65μm。晶粒细化机制可归结为Al4c3颗粒作为初生α—Mg的异质晶核,Ce富集于同液界面,引起成分过冷,从而激活同液界面前沿潜在的Al4C3核心,提高Al4c3的形核率。

采用固相法制备了5at%Yb和1at%Ho掺杂的LnTaO4(Ln=Gd,Y)多晶粉末,对X射线粉末衍射数据进行Rietveld全谱拟合,获得了其结构参数。在常温下测量了漫反射谱,光致发光谱和荧光寿命,指认了对应的能级跃迁。结果表明,采用940 nm LD激发,在Yb,Ho共掺钽酸盐中可以获得2.9μm附近波长的宽带发光。因此,Yb,Ho共掺钽酸盐有希望成为一类新型激光二极管泵浦的中红外激光材料。

合成了四种新型的2-羟基-6-甲基尼古丁酸(HA)-1,10-菲咯啉(Phen)三元稀土配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱法确定其组成为LnA3phen·3H2O(Ln=La、Eu、Gd、Tb),配体的羧基与稀土离子以螯合双齿配位。另重点研究了铕和铽的配合物的荧光性能,两种配合物均具有比较优异的荧光性能,Eu3+和Tb3+均不处于反演中心。EuA3phen·3H2O和TbA3phen·3H2O的荧光寿命分别为1.56 ms和0.32 ms。
