研究了Mg-12Gd-2Y-0.5Zr系镁合金的高温蠕变行为。结果表明,试验合金的蠕变抗力普遍优于WE54合金,在50~70 MPa的应力范围内,200 ℃时应力指数n在2.5~3.8之间,300 ℃时n在4.2~6.1之间,该系列合金的蠕变主要由位错攀移控制向位错交滑移控制机制转变;在200~300 ℃的温度范围内,50 MPa条件下蠕变激活能Qc为66 kJ/mol,70 MPa条件下蠕变激活能Qc为87.2 kJ/mol之间。随着温度和应力的增加,与纯镁的晶界扩散激活能(80 kJ/mol)越来越接近。

本研究以石英砂为载体,在其颗粒表面合成铁胶膜,并探讨合成体系不同初始pH(5,6,7)及铁摩尔比(R=[Fe(Ⅱ)]/[Fe(Ⅲ)])等条件对铁胶膜形成的影响。研究表明,在初始pH相同的情况下,当R为0时,铁胶膜的矿物成分为弱晶质的水铁矿;R为0.01时的矿物成分为赤铁矿;R分别为0.02、0.04、0.06和0.10时为针铁矿,且随着R增加,X射线衍射(XRD)图谱中针铁矿的峰强度逐渐增加,扫描电镜(SEM)可观察到针铁矿晶形逐渐变大,且在R为0.10时晶体形貌最大;当R为0.50和体系只加入Fe(Ⅱ)时合成的铁矿物主要为针铁矿与磁铁矿的混合物。当R一定时,随着合成体系初始pH的增加,胶膜中针铁矿的XRD峰强度逐渐增强,在初始p…

采用热压烧结Cu2Se、In2Se3、Ga2Se3混合粉末的方法制备CIGS四元陶瓷靶材。考察烧结温度、烧结压力对靶材的相组成、形貌、成分的影响。实验结果表明,在烧结温度较低时,首先获得CuInSe2三元黄铜矿相结构,随着烧结温度的升高,Ga元素不断向CIS中扩散,并获得均质的CIGS四元靶材。通过增大烧结压力,可提高靶材密度。烧结时间的延长,对靶材的密实率无明显影响。在烧结温度900℃,烧结压力45MPa的条件下。获得密实率超过96%的靶材。

以对甲基苯甲酸(p-methylbenzoic acid,简写为PMBA)为骨架,通过霍纳尔-沃兹沃思-埃蒙斯(HWE)反应合成了7个电子给体-π-电子受体(D-π-A)型有机双光子吸收(TPA)材料分子,化合物结构用核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)和质谱(MS-EI)进行了表征和分析;光学性质用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱、荧光(PL)光谱进行了研究,结果发现,在5.0×10-6 mmol/L二氯甲烷溶剂中,各化合物的紫外最大吸收波长在368~396nm之间,而最大发射峰荧光发射波长位于489~525nm之间,发出较强的蓝光。是一类具有潜在应用的新型有机发光材料分子。

采用Sn-Ag-Cu焊球(直径200,300,400和500μm),镀Ni盘,研究1,3,5次回流焊条件下焊点的IMC厚度及显微组织与焊球尺寸间的关系。结果表明:对于同一尺寸的焊球,随着回流焊次数的增加,IMC的厚度增大,形状由平直状逐渐过渡为体钎料一侧凹凸不平;在同一回流焊次数下,随着焊球尺寸的增大,IMC厚度减小,形貌相对没有明显差别。IMC的组成成分随着Ni向体钎料方向的不断扩散而从Sn、Ag、Cu合金变成Sn、Ag、Cu、Ni合金,其主要组成部分为(Cu,Ni)6Sn5。

采用溶胶-凝胶旋转涂覆法制备CaMnO3热电薄膜。通过XRD、SEM、Raman对薄膜显微结构进行了表征,并采用PPMS对其热电性能进行了测试。XRD、SEM以及Raman测试结果表明,CaMnO3的成相温度高于700℃,并且随着热处理温度升高,晶粒增大。络合剂比例及薄膜厚度对CaMnO3质量影响显著。PPMS测试发现,薄膜热导率随着热处理温度的升高而降低。

在醋酸盐镀液体系中采用直流(DC)、单向脉冲电流(PC)和换向脉冲电流(PRC)3种方法制备了Ni—co_wc复合镀层。采用扫描电镜及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)表征了镀层的微观组织及耐蚀性。结果表明,镀层的微观结构及性能受镀层中WC含量的影响很大。在最佳WC含量的情况下,镀层的显微硬度及耐蚀性都明显提高。与PC和DC法制备的复合镀层相比,PRC法制备的复合镀层具有更致密的表面,更高的显微硬度以及更好的耐蚀性。

采用真空感应法熔炼制备了Ti50Ni47Fe3合金铸锭,对合金铸锭进行了均匀化热处理,运用金相显微镜,XRD,带有EDS的SEM等手段进行显微组织分析。结果表明,Ti50Ni47Fe3合金的铸态显微组织由内到外依次呈不规则胞状、柱状和细长等轴状,主要原因为冷却速度不同导致合金的晶粒形核和长大存在差异。均匀化热处理一定程度上能消除枝晶偏析,1000℃下均匀化12 h后,合金枝晶偏析和析出相显著减少。

采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备了K2NiF4结构的La2 Fex Cu1-x O4(z=0.01-0.05)复合氧化物,制成了厚膜型氧敏元件。采用XRD、SEM等手段对烧结体的晶体结构和表面的微观形貌进行了表征和分析。并通过改变氧敏元件的烧结温度、涂膜厚度、添加高温玻璃粉含量等工艺条件来考察对其氧敏性能的影响。实验结果表明:当0≤x≤0.05时,可以形成K2NiF4结构的A2BO4复合氧化物。膜厚为20μm、800℃烧结、高温玻璃粉含量为5%的厚膜型La2 Fe0.05 Cu0.95 O4在700℃工作时的灵敏度可以达到3.6。

为了降低材料成本,研究了(1–x)CaTiO3–x(La1–yNdy)AlO3微波介质陶瓷的性能与组成之间的关系。采用固相法制备粉料,在1 400℃下烧结,用XRD和SEM分析陶瓷的晶相组成和显微结构,采用闭腔法测量其微波介电性能。研究结果表明该陶瓷形成单一晶相固溶体,当x=0.35,y=0.286时,er=43,Q.f=30 000 GHz,τf=5×10–6/℃。用该陶瓷制作了基站用环形介质谐振器,其性能如下:f0=2.122 0 GHz,Q=12 436,fs/f0=1.220,与仿真结果非常吻合。
