以砂型铸造Al-7Si-Mg合金为研究对象,研究了Sr含量对Al-7Si-Mg合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加Sr变质后,铸态Al-7Si-Mg合金的晶粒粗化,一次柱状晶生长明显。Sr变质Al-7Si-Mg合金中共晶Si形貌由针状或层片状组织向细化纤维状转变。当用0.06%的Sr变质时产生过变质现象,界面处Al-Si-Sr三元化合物逐渐增多,并产生富集。当Sr的含量为0.04%时,Al-7Si-Mg合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均达到最大,比未变质合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了8.4MPa、68.4%。

采用Ag-Cu-Ti+Mo复合钎料连接Si3N4陶瓷,利用SEM,TEM,Nanoindentation研究了钎料内钼颗粒含量对接头组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,在Si3N4/钎料界面处形成了一层致密的反应层,该反应层由TiN和Ti5Si3组成.接头的中间部分由银基固溶体、铜基固溶体、钼颗粒和Ti-Cu金属间化合物组成.借助于纳米压痕技术测定了接头内Ti-Cu化合物以及钎料金属的弹性模量和硬度值.随着钎料内钼颗粒含量的提高,母材/钎料界面反应层厚度逐渐降低;钎料金属中Ti-Cu化合物数量增多;此外,银和铜基固溶体组织逐渐变得细小.当添加5%Mo时,得到最高的接头强度429.4 MPa,该强度相比合金钎料提高了114.7%.

为了研究低温时效对AZS1-4%Gd镁合金组织和性能的影响,对经过固溶处碑后的该合金在150℃.下进行不同时间的时效处理,采用x-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)以及硬度测试等技术,分析了经过不同时间时效后合金的显微组织和力学性能,并用金属学理论分析了合金组织和性能变化的原因.结果表明,合金在低温时效时,β—Mg17,Al12相以连续和非连续两种方式析出,两种β—Mg17Al12相形貌不同.分析认为,β相的析出方式及形貌与其形核长大机理有关,在实验范围内,合金硬度随着时效时间的延长而逐渐增大.

采用沉淀法制备了不同Sm^3+掺杂浓度的白钨矿结构CaWO4荧光粉材料.对CaWO4:Sm^3+材料的光致发光性质的研究结果表明,在404 nm光照下样品可以实现色纯度较高的红光发射,而短波紫外240 nm光照下除Sm^3+的特征发射外还能观察到CaWO4自激发发射,能够获得较强的白光;实验发现Sm^3+掺杂浓度为2%时样品的发光强度最高;通过对实验数据的分析确定了Sm^3+之间的能量传递类型为电偶极-电偶极相互作用,并计算了能量传递的临界距离大约为2.0 nm.

利用热脱附/气相色谱.质谱(TD/GC-MS)联用技术初步分析了实验室燃放烟花爆竹产生的大气有机污染物。将烟花爆竹在密闭的实验室里进行燃放,用装有Tenax-TA吸附剂的不锈钢采样管以200mL/min流量富集,连接热脱附装置进行解吸,最后通过气质联用技术结合massworks软件综合定性,结果表明爆竹类鞭炮燃放过程中会产生3种大气污染物,分别是二氧化硫、二硫化碳和糠醛。烟雾型烟花燃放产生24种有毒大气污染物,分属于呋喃、醛酮、芳烃、醇酯和酚4类。

以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、壳聚糖(CTS)为单体,以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,在不加入引发剂和不通入氮气保护的情况下,采用紫外固化法合成出AMPS/AA!AM/CTS四元共聚高吸水性树脂。用正交实验法获得最佳单体配比,并考察了其它因素对树脂吸水率的影响,借助Fr—IR、TG、偏光显微镜和原子力显微镜对树脂的结构、热稳定性和表面形态进行了分析。实验结果表明:优化条件下得到的高吸水树脂其吸蒸馏水倍数为780g/g,吸0.1mol/LNaCl倍率为55g/g。

以LaFeO3为载体,通过Fe(OH)3对载体进行改性,采用沉积沉淀法制备纳米金催化剂,并对催化剂进行XRD、XPS、AAS和BET测试,考察催化剂的活性和稳定性。结果显示,Fe(OH)3助剂的加入,对催化剂的活性提高不明显,但大大提高了催化剂在反应过程和放置过程中的稳定性。加入助剂的Au/Fe(OH)3/LaFeO3催化剂,由于Fe(OH)3和活性组分的相互作用,减缓了金颗粒的聚集,使得放置近半年的催化剂和新鲜催化剂具有相近的活性和稳定性。
