(K,Na)_3La_2(BO_3)_3固溶体系的晶体结构(英文)

本文合成了一系列的(K,Na)3La2(BO3)3硼酸盐,通过自发结晶得到了组分为K1.34,Na1.66La2(BO3)3的单晶。单晶X射线结构分析表明该晶体与Na3La2(BO3)3同构,并且当K+取代Na+的数量小于2/3时,晶体结构仍为Na3La2(BO3)3构型。该晶体的基本结构单元为孤立的(BO3)3-基团。一个单胞中含有6个BO3基团,其中两个沿c方向一致平行排列,而剩余的4个BO3基团的排列方向与c方向呈一定的角度,从而减小了BO3基团对非线性效应的贡献。粉末倍频测试该晶体的有效非线性系数约为KDP的2.4倍。此外,研究表明用适量的Rb+,Li+取代Na+时,固溶晶体结构也不发生改变。

高能球磨工艺对Nd-Fe-Cr合金吸波性能的影响

采用电弧熔炼和高能球磨工艺制备了Nd11Fe86 Cr3合金微粉,使用SEM、XRD和网络矢量分析仪分析了球磨时间对合金微粉的形貌、相结构及吸波性能的影响。结果表明:所制合金微粉颗粒均呈片状形貌,由Nd2Fe1相和α-Fe相组成;随着球磨时间的增加,Nd2Fe17相强度逐渐减弱,α-Fe相强度逐渐增强,吸波峰频率先向低频移动,后略向高频移动,球磨60h的样品吸收峰频率最低;球磨时间相同的合金的吸收峰频率随涂层厚度增加向低频移动,反射率最小值降低,吸波带宽变窄。

我公司现有两条5000t/d生产线。1号线生料磨采用的是Polysius公司生产的RM57/28立磨,于2005年5月投料生产。2号线生料磨采用的是天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司生产的TRM53.41立磨,于2011年2月投料生产。现就两种立磨生产运行情况做一对比分析。

高强高导的Ag-1.33%Mg-0.54%Ni(at%)合金经98%的累积轧制变形和内氧化后用扫描电镜和x射线衍射极图进行微观结构表征,对内氧化前后的传统机械性能进行评价。结果表明,合金内氧化后的硬度、最大抗拉强度、断后延伸率和电阻率分别是1350MPa.450MPa,6%和1.73μΩ·cm。织构研究表明,在内氧化过程中织构保持稳定,主要是{110}〈001〉高斯织构和{110}〈112〉黄铜织十勾。在银基体中MgO和NiO等相阻碍了晶粒的生长、保持晶粒取向稳定和显著提高合金的机械性能。

以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、富马酸为原料,过硫酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在水中合成两性共聚物P(DMC-NVP-FA)。考察了单体配比、单体质量分数、引发剂用量和pH等因素对特性粘数的影响,对产物结构进行了红外表征。结果表明,两性高分子絮凝剂P(DMC-NVP-FA)合成的适宜条件为单体配比nDMC:nNVP=4:1,单体质量分数为12.7%,引发剂质量分数为0.98%,pH=3,特性粘数达到258.58dL/g。絮凝剂对钻井废水的絮凝性能试验表明,絮凝剂投加量在186.94mg/L时,CODCr去除率90.16%,浊度去除率98.93%。

为大幅度拓展Ti-Al-Sn- Zr-W-Si高温钛合金的工程应用,优化了Ti-Al-Sn- Zr-W-Si高温钛合金的热处理工艺,研究了该钛合金的蠕变性能,并采用扫描电子显徽镜观察了蠕变实验前后合金的微观组织特征及断口形貌。研究表明,经合理热处理工艺后,该合金在550和600℃均体现出优异的蠕变性能。蠕变实验后,合金的微观组织发生了明显的变化:在颈缩区呈明显的纤维状,而在均匀塑性变形区,由于回复再结晶,合金的显微组织呈现细小的晶粒。

本试验借助金属过渡塑性相理论,在Al2O3-C系耐火材料中引入中金属铝粉和SiO2粉,研究空气气氛埋碳条件,不同烧成温度下Al、SiO2的高温反应行为及产物的变化。对烧成后的试样进行XRD物相检测及SEM显微结构分析,发现不添加SiO2的试样中单质Al已经不存在,在材料的气孔中生成大量AlN纤维;添加SiO2的试样中单质Al和SiO2都已经不存在,且形成了大量纤维及六方片状晶体,经XRD及EDS检测,确定该物相为SiAl5O2N5。

采用真空热压工艺制备了添加纳米ZrO2和微米WC的Ti(C,N)基纳米复合金属陶瓷材料,并研究了材料的力学性能与微观结构。结果表明:在纳米ZrO2添加量为5%、微米WC添加量为9.6%(质量分数,下同)时,Ti(C,N)基纳米复合金属陶瓷材料的综合力学性能较好,抗弯强度为1014MPa,断裂韧性为7.25MPa·m1/2,硬度为15.57GPa,其抗弯强度和断裂韧性比未添加纳米ZrO2与微米WC的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料分别提高了3.5%和18.1%。材料断裂模式为以穿晶断裂为主的穿晶/沿晶断裂混合模式。晶内型纳米结构弥散增韧、纳米ZrO2相变增韧以及裂纹桥联、裂纹偏转是其主要的增韧补强机理。

本文以直接缩聚制得的聚乳酸(PLLA)和聚丁二酸己二酸丁二醇酯(PBSA)预聚物为原料,以1,4-苯基二噁唑啉(PBO)及六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为双扩链/偶联剂,采用扩链/偶联法制备可生物降解多嵌段共聚物P(LLA-mb-BSA)。重点考察了反应条件对扩链/偶联反应的影响,并对共聚物的链结构、热转变和力学性能进行了初步研究。该法简便高效,可制得高分子量的多嵌段共聚物。P(LLA-mb-BSA)多嵌段共聚物的软、硬段不相容,PLLA硬段保持较好的结晶性,而软段当分子量较低时接近无定型结构,其力学性能可由组成在较大的范围内进行调节。

采用传统陶瓷方法制作了Mg1+xAl0.8Cr0.6Fe0.6Lay(x=-0.10,-0.05,0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20;y=0,0.05)系高温NTC陶瓷材料,借用XRD、SEM和电性能测试等手段,研究了MgO含量及La2O3掺杂对陶瓷材料相结构和电学性能的影响规律。结果表明:适当增加MgO的含量可以有效提高陶瓷材料的常温电阻率和B值(材料常数),La2O3掺杂可改善高温NTC陶瓷材料B值的稳定性。当x=0.15,y=0.05时,在1873K烧结可获得p25=7.55×10^10Ω·cm,B=8795K的高温NTC陶瓷材料。
