在适当的工艺参数下,用(Tj—Zr-Cu—M)+w复合钎料真空钎焊Cf/SiC复合材料与钛合金,采用SEM,EDS和XRD分析接头组织结构,利用剪切试验检测接头的力学性能.结果表明,钎焊时复合钎料中的钛、锆与Cf/SiC复合材料反应,在Cf/SiC复合材料与连接层界面生成Ti3SiC2,Ti5Si3和少量TiC(ZrC)化合物的混合反应层,在连接层与钛合金界面形成Ti—Cu化合物扩散层.增强相钨粉能有效缓解接头的残余热应力,提高接头力学性能,在连接温度930℃,保温时间20min的工艺条件下,增强相钨粉含量为15%(体积分数)时,接头抗剪强度最高为166MPa.

催渗剂对O-N-C多元共渗Q235钢耐蚀性的影响

对Q235钢在650℃×1.5 h条件下进行O-N-C共渗处理,添加剂以(分别为60~70滴/min和150~160滴/min)液体滴注和气体形式入炉,探索了添加剂加入方式对O-N-C共渗后渗层的厚度及组织、显微硬度、相组成、中性盐雾腐蚀和电化学特性的影响。结果表明,添加剂以液体滴注和气体入炉方式,经O-N-C共渗处理后渗层中化合物层厚度可达60~80μm,总渗层厚度达360~400μm。渗层最高硬度可达550~600 HV0.05。渗层主要由Fe3N、Fe2O3和Fe3O4组成。经O-N-C共渗处理的Q235钢中性盐雾腐蚀试验耐蚀性能大幅提高。渗层电化学自腐蚀电位正移100~230 mV。
