为提高压缩机阀片表面工艺性能,提高气阀使用寿命,采用超声-电沉积法在压缩机阀片表面制备Ni-TiN镀层,研究TiN颗粒浓度、电流密度、超声波功率对压缩机阀片耐磨性能的影响。采用正交试验法优选出在压缩机阀片表面制备Ni-TiN镀层的最佳工艺参数为:TiN质量浓度5 g/L,阴极电流密度4 A/dm2,超声功率250 W。

高分子弾性体基板上に比較的硬い薄膜を均一に成膜し,側方圧縮応力を加えると,座屈不安定性を介し,表面がリンクルと呼ばれる規則的な凹凸構造を自己組織化する.さらにその凹凸形状は,圧縮ひずみ値によって制御できる特性を有する.この形状可変リンクルの光の透過・散乱特性について,その凹凸構造周期がサブミリメーター程度の場合で調べた.試料表面に垂直に入射された光は,ひずみ無印加の時はリンクル構造がないため,そのまま直進し,試料は透明板として振舞うのに対し,ひずみによって表面にサイン波状の凹凸構造が誘起されると,この曲面構造のために光は拡がり,散乱効果が得られる.よって,この柔軟な表面はスイッチング可能な光散乱板として応用が可能である.
