摘要: 针对汽车覆盖件拉延冲压效应所带来的厚度变化,提出一种新的考虑料厚变化的材料利用率计算方法。该方法应用冲压仿真计算获取零件成形后各个区域不同的料厚值,结合仿真模型的单元数量计算出零件网格模型的重量,并通过单元总面积和数模总面积对比修正,使得基于仿真计算的零件重量基本接近实际零件重量。同时以拉延筋外边界线对拉延件外轮廓曲线进行限定,结合一步法和冲压仿真迭代计算获得最小坯料轮廓线。计算出修正的网格模型重量和最小毛坯重量的比值后,即可获得非常接近实际情况的材料利用率。
