0.11~5.6 mM[Cl-]の溶液中,570 mV vs. SHE定電位保持した13Crステンレス鋼製部品ヘルドの成長性すきま腐食の発生と再不動態化に対する水道水成分である硝酸イオン,硫酸イオンおよび炭酸水素イオン(NO3-,SO42-,HCO3-)の作用を調査した.すきま腐食の発生は,[NO3-]/[Cl-]のモル比≧1または[SO42-]/[Cl-]のモル比>1にて抑制された.成長性すきま腐食は,[NO3-]/[Cl-]のモル比≧1または[SO42-]/[Cl-]のモル比≧6において再不動態化した.再不動態化に要する時間は,NO3-およびSO42-の添加濃度増加に伴って減少した.HCO3-は,すきま腐食に対する発生抑制およ…

采用有限元法研究了基体材质、厚度、涂层结构等因素对Sm2Zr2O7/YSZ—NiCoCrAlY功能梯度涂层热冲击应力的影响。结果表明,涂层表面区域存在较大的冲击热应力,径向热应力远大于轴向应力和剪切应力,而且在所考察的四种金属基体材料中,2Cr13钢对应涂层的热应力最小。随着基体厚度的增加,涂层径向热应力逐渐增大,当厚度超过25mm后,影响可以忽略。随着涂层层数的增加,涂层表面的径向热应力逐渐减小。

本文研究一类胺基和聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷表面活性剂的合成工艺,以及它们作为消泡剂时的消泡/抑泡性能。我们的合成路径分为两步:首先以端含氢硅油和烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料在铂催化剂的作用下,利用硅氢加成反应合成了端环氧基改性硅油;然后,将上述环氧改性硅油和聚醚胺(M-600)进行亲核开环加成反应,制备最终的氨基聚醚改性的有机硅产品。消泡/抑泡性能测试结果表明:新方法制备的氨基聚醚有机硅产品具有良好的水分散性和一定的消泡抑泡性能。经过一定的复配之后,氨基聚醚有机硅消泡迅速,抑泡时间长,其性能已经达到甚至超过一些已经市场化的消泡剂产品。 We report herein the synthesis and defoaming ability o…
