不同结构 Al/Fe2O3纳米复合物的对比研究

采用三种工艺合成出不同结构的Al/Fe2O3纳米复合物。运用扫描电镜、x射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪等对产物进行对比表征,结果表明采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米Al/Fe2O3颗粒粒径均在100nm以内,而传统混合或简单复合工艺制备的Al/Fe2O3颗粒尺度在微米或亚微米级;XRD证实合成产物纯度高;热分析数据显示纳米Al/Fe2O3初始分解峰温较低,而放热焓值偏高,说明材料纳米化在改善安全性的同时显著提高了能量释放速率。

载体改性对CuO-ZnO/Al2O3催化剂结构及甘油氢解性能的影响

以经氧化镁和氧化硼改性的氧化铝为载体,采用浸渍法制备了负载型CuO—ZnO/Al2O3催化剂,通过XRD、XPS、BET、TPR手段表征催化剂上CuO的分布和化学形态。结果表明,氧化硼的引入能够有效提高催化剂的比表面积,同时氧化硼既可以作为结构性助剂提高铜在催化剂表面上的分散度,又可以作为电子性助剂有利于催化剂表面缺电子态铜物种的稳定;氧化镁的引入有利于氧化铜在催化剂上的分散。经氧化硼改性的CuO—ZnO/Al2O3催化剂作用下甘油转化率可达100%,对1,2-丙二醇选择性达94%以上。
