摘要: 通过恒温拉伸机对固溶处理与冷轧加工后的SAF2906双相不锈钢进行恒温拉伸试验,分析其在不同条件下超塑性伸长率的变化。利用扫描电镜与透射电镜对其进行内部组织观察,了解其两相比例的变化情况。试验结果表明,SAF2906双相不锈钢中铁素体相(δ相)与奥氏体相(γ相)的两相体积比随固溶温度的变化而改变,随着固溶温度的升高铁素体比例不断上升,其中当铁素体与奥氏体的两相体积比接近1∶1的情况下,SAF2906双相不锈钢展现出良好的超塑性性能;在机械加工方面可以通过提高冷轧压下量的方法提高SAF2906双相不锈钢的超塑伸长率,试验中试样的伸长率随着冷轧变形量的提高而明显增大,当固溶温度为1 100 ℃,冷轧压下量为85%时,变形温度为…

摘要: 为了使汽车前纵梁在正面碰撞过程中吸收更多的能量,进而达到提高汽车被动安全性能的目的,将折纸工程中的反转螺旋型薄壁结构引入汽车前纵梁的结构设计,利用数值模拟与优化设计相结合的方法,研究和开发一种新型高效吸能结构。为此,根据反转螺旋型薄壁结构的不同形状参数建立相应的有限元模型,利用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA软件进行碰撞仿真,并以反转螺旋型薄壁结构的截面形状参数、旋角及分段数作为设计变量,以吸能量的最大化为目标函数,利用响应曲面法进行优化计算。得到的最优结构在碰撞过程中,压溃皱纹依次出现在反转螺旋型薄壁结构的折痕处,有效地避免了细长薄壁结构的失稳倒伏现象,是一种吸能效率较高的变形模式。同时,吸能过程平稳,在整个碰撞过程中都保…

樹脂原料の混練挙動の簡単な統計力学的取扱いを試みる.この取扱いにおいて混練工程で過渡的に生じる原料粒子の多様な構造に起因する「構造多様性エントロピー」(「多様性エントロピー」)の概念を導入した.多様性エントロピーは,原料の混練工程において生じる粒子集団の異なる様相(状態)の数から計算した.多様性エントロピーは,各々要素粒子からなる線状体および塊状物について計算した.混練エントロピーは混合エントロピーと多様性エントロピーの和に等しいと仮定して,多成分系の混練自由エネルギーを導いた.混練転移領域の中間点が,混練コンパウンドの硬化熱の測定値から求めた多様性エントロピーの最大値と時間的に一致することを検証した.

采用注射成形工艺制备了Cu-Fe—C坯料,通过溶剂脱脂和热脱脂、烧结制备出Cu—Fe—C摩擦材料。研究了Cu—Fe-C摩擦材料的力学性能及摩擦磨损性能,重点分析了Fe含量对Cu-Fe—C摩擦材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:材料中铜颗粒之间存在的孔隙及石墨为主要的裂纹源和扩展途径,使材料发生脆性断裂;高硬度、耐磨的Fe颗粒分布于铜基体中,可以提高材料的硬度、强度;当Fe含量达到89/6时,材料的硬度为58HV,抗拉强度为148MPa;当摩擦速度为100~400r/min时,Fe颗粒的加入提高了材料磨损量、摩擦系数,降低了材料的磨损性能;高速摩擦条件下,Fe的加入促进摩擦表面氧化膜的形成,提高了材料的耐磨性能。
