Методом дифференциального термического анализа изучены фазовые равновесия в пятикомпонентной системе LiF LiBr LiVO3 Li2MoO4 Li2SO4. Определен эвтектический состав (мол. %): LiF – 4.0, LiBr – 38.4, LiVO3 – 30.8, Li2MoO4 – 19.2, Li2SO4 – 7.6 с температурой плавления 372°C и энтальпией плавления 164 ± 7 кДж/кг.

核能是对人类来说是相当重要的能源,但使用核能发电后会有一些放射性产物,如用过核燃料,这些用过核燃料因为会持续发出衰变热及放射线,必须小心贮存,若电厂没有足够的空间贮存这些乏燃料,电厂将强制停止运转,不安全的贮存则可能造成危险甚至是燃料毁损。很多研究显示,干式贮存系统能有效的解决用过燃料的屯贮问题。建构适合台湾使用的系统或是系统正式启用前的审核工作,都必须进行详细的热流模拟分析,对于这项需求,核能研究所引进商用CFD软件Fluent来辅助分析工作的实行。目前的分析流程已趋于完善,并且在此套流程下所进行的分析工作在精确度上确实达到建构系统所需要的水平,但部份的流程却为分析人员所垢病;例如过多重复性且无必要的计算工作,以及Fluent数…

本研究の目的は,ヒト歯肉由来線維芽細胞(HGF)を用いた積層細胞シートを SCID マウスへ移植し,生体内における経時的変化を検索することである。HGFs を 3.6×104 cells/ml にて初日と 7,11 日後に温度応答性培養器材の同ウェル上へ播種した。積層細胞シート作製のため,Cell Sifter を用いて各ウェルから細胞シートを回収し,一箇所のウェル上へ細胞シートを 15 枚重ねて設置した。その後,3 日間培養を行い,SCID マウス背部皮下へ移植した。移植 1,2,4 週後に屠殺し,組織学的および免疫組織学的染色により検索した。HE 染色により,移植 1,2 週後にて内部に細胞が希薄な間隙を認めた。また,完全に吸…
