采用化学气相浸渗/反应法(CVI/CVR)在C/C复合材料表面制备MoSi2-SiC防氧化涂层。首先,制备多孔金属Mo层,然后以甲基三氯硅烷(MTS)为前驱体,利用CVI/CVR技术制备MoSi2-SiC复合涂层。采用XRD、SEM技术研究MoSi2-SiC复合涂层的制备机理,并考察涂层样品的抗氧化性能。结果表明,MTS分解的SiC填充了多孔金属Mo层中的孔隙,并与金属Mo发生反应,制备出致密的MoSi2-SiC复合涂层;在优化工艺条件下所得到的涂层样品在1500°C空气中氧化80h后质量损失仅为1.25%。

长期以来,加氢装置中的加氢反应器等核心设备使用的主体材料——21/4Cr-1Mo厚钢板一直依赖进口,价格高,交货周期长,经常成为制约项目建设的瓶颈。为此,中国石化集团组织成立了150 mm厚度级21/4Cr-1Mo厚钢板国产化攻关课题组。从研制技术条件的编制、钢板生产工艺的确定、研制钢板的性能、研制钢板的评审和依托项目的确定、依托项目情况、后续钢板性能、设备制造和阶段性评审、新进展等方面对整个开发过程做了较详尽的介绍,并就该项目成功开发带来的益处进行了总结。

以离子液体1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([AMIM]Cl)为溶剂制备不同质量分数的明胶溶液,利用HAAKE RheoStress RS75流变仪测定溶液的复数黏度(η*)、弹性模量(G′)和黏性模量(G″)来研究明胶溶液质量分数和温度对明胶/[AMIM]Cl溶液流变性能的影响规律。结果表明,明胶/[AMIM]Cl溶液G′和G″均随着频率(f)的增大而增大;随着明胶溶液质量分数的增大,η*和G″呈增大的趋势,而G′不变;随着温度的升高,η*和G″均减小,而G′不变。
