采用微波爆聚法,将镁铝摩尔比为3的硬脂酸根插层水滑石与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)单体快速聚合,借助红外光谱、X射线衍射、热分析和高分辨透射电镜等表征手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,制备得到的MgAl-硬脂酸根-LDH/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)纳米复合材料快速实现了剥离的纳米水滑石片层均匀分散于PMMA基体中,与PMMA基体相容性较好,界面效应减弱,而且该材料热稳定性较纯PMMA有较大提高。

目的研究MRI对比剂钆-二乙烯三胺五乙酸(Gd.DTPA)标记骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC5)的可行性及标记之后体外MR成像示踪的可能性,材料与方法骨髓间充质干细胞由SD大鼠双侧股骨骨髓中获取,培养、传代并纯化细胞,采用临床通用Gd—DTPA增强剂标记骨髓间充质干细胞;透射电子显微镜观察标记情况,并用台盼蓝染色方法及噻唑监(MTT)法测定标记细胞的活力及增殖能力;对标记的细胞进行体外7.0TMR成像。结果透射电子显微镜可清晰观察到Gd-DTPA颗粒大部分存在于骨髓间充质干细胞细胞浆中,少许贴附于细胞膜上。台盼蓝染色方法证实标记之后细胞的存活率没有受到影响,MTT法证实标记之后对BMSCs增殖能力没有影响体外试管扫描示标记细胞呈高T1…

在自由落体条件下研究三元Fe62.5Cu27.5Sn10合金的亚稳相分离和凝固组织形成规律。结果表明:液相分离使得合金液滴在快速凝固过程中形成2-3层壳核组织和均匀弥散组织,其相组成为α-Fe固溶体和Cu3Sn金属间化合物相。分析液滴内部L2(富Cu)液相的运动特征发现,温度梯度和浓度梯度所引起的Marangoni运动促进壳核组织的形成,合金液滴的最终凝固组织由冷却速率、过冷度和Marangoni运动共同决定。如果液滴直径足够小,快速冷却能够抑制液相分离,凝固组织演变为等轴枝晶形态,其相组成为α-Fe固溶体和Cu2FeSn化合物。EDS分析显示,初生α-Fe相在快速凝固过程中发生了显著的溶质截留效应。

为进一步提高固体润滑涂层的耐热性和耐磨性,以改性环氧树脂为主要成分,聚酰胺为固化剂,制备了合MoS2、石墨和sb2O3的粘结固体润滑涂层。参照相关标准测试了涂层的外观、附着力、硬度及摩擦学性能;研究了石墨、MoS2质量比及Sb2O3用量对涂层耐热性、耐磨性的影响。结果表明:50g改性环氧树脂,15g聚酰胺,石墨与MoS2质量分数为3:2,总质量为30g时,石墨与MoS2的协同效应最好,涂层具有较好的耐热性及耐磨性,经高温灼烧几乎无变化,磨损失重、摩擦系数最小,分别为263mg和0.28;增强剂Sb2O3的加入使涂层硬度提高,耐磨性增加,对其耐热性影响不明显,用量为3g时涂层摩擦学性能最佳,摩擦系数降至0.26。
