摘要: 针对在广义刚度场中研究结合部对机床动态特性的影响以及动力学参数优化设计的需要,提出一种基于机床广义动态信息模型的结合部动刚度参与因子的概念和辨识计算方法。采用响应面方法(Response surface methodology, RSM)建立描述广义刚度场中机床轴端动刚度与结合部动力学参数关系的广义动态信息模型;以结合部动刚度单位变化值为广义动态信息模型的输入量,计算轴端动刚度变化值作为结合部动刚度参与因子的辨识依据。以精密卧式加工中心为对象,将该方法应用于立柱-主轴系统的导轨、滚珠丝杠结合部动刚度参与因子辨识和试验验证。结果表明,该方法可以有效地识别出对机床动态特性影响较大的关键结合部,从而为结合部动力学参数的定量优化设…

本研究は,りん酸塩処理した溶融亜鉛めっき接合面の高力ボルト摩擦接合継手における適切なボルト軸力導入方法およびすべり耐力を明確にすることを目的とした研究である.本研究では,ボルト径およびボルト長をパラメータとした試験体を作成し,ナット回転法を用い,その回転角を変化させてボルト締付けを行った.そして,ボルト導入軸力を調べ,さらに,リラクセーションも考慮して適切なボルト軸力が導入されるナット回転角を提案した.提案したナット回転角を用いてすべり試験体を作成し,すべり耐力試験を実施した.これらの結果から,提案したナット回転角の妥当性を検証した.
