半導体工場で発生する汚泥はSiO2、Al2O3を多く含有することから、クリンカー原料としての活用が期待されている。しかし、この汚泥には酸化セリウム(CeO2)や酸化ランタン(La2O3)が含まれており、これを原料として用いるクリンカーおよびセメント物性への影響が懸念される。本研究ではLa2O3を最大で2.98%含有するクリンカーおよびセメントを試製し、その各種物性を調べた。その結果、La2O3が焼成反応性および・被粉砕性に及ぼす影響は認められなかった。La2O3量が増加するにつれクリンカー中のアルミネートが増加し、フェライトが減少した。また、La2O3量が増加に伴ってセメントの凝結は遅延し、圧縮強さは低下した。これは、La2O3が…
