摘要: 研究汽轮机低压焊接转子用30Cr2Ni4MoV耐热钢贝氏体焊缝多层多道焊韧性薄弱环节及其影响因素。采用冲击韧度试验评价焊缝的整体性能,并设计裂纹沿埋弧焊焊缝的准静态韧性试验,观察裂纹的扩展方式,利用能谱分析焊缝微区成分。冲击韧度试验表明,焊缝室温冲击吸收功为118 J,焊缝整体韧性良好。焊缝准静态韧性试验研究发现,裂纹在焊缝层间不完全相变区发生失稳扩展,为焊缝韧性相对薄弱的环节。通过光学显微镜观察高温苦味酸水溶液腐蚀的试样发现,焊缝层间不完全相变区存在大量的黑色线条,裂纹的失稳扩展沿黑色线条进行。借助扫描电镜和能谱分析发现,黑色线条处的碳的质量分数明显高于基体部分,推测这些局部富碳区含有较多的对韧性不利的组织,是造成层间韧…
