Through-silicon via fabrication with pulse-reverse electroplating for high density nanoelectronics

Nay Lin、Jianmin Miao2013-01-01OpenAlex

In this paper, fabrication of through-silicon vias (TSV) with different diameters ranging from 60 to 150 μm is reported. It was observed that at the low current density of 20 mA/cm2, all the through-holes with different diameters are filled with copper without voids and pores. At higher current density of 40 mA/cm2, h…

Thermodynamic assessment of the Pd–Y binary system

S. Kardellass、N. Selhaoui、A. 2013-01-01MATEC Web of Conferences

The Pd–Y system was critically assessed using the CALPHAD technique. The solution phases (liquid, b.c.c., f.c.c. and h.c.p.) were modeled using the Redlich–Kister equation. The intermetallic compounds Pd3Y and PdY, which have homogeneity ranges, were treated as the formula (Pd,Y)0.75(Pd,Y)0.25 and (Pd,Y)0.5(Pd,Y)0.5 b…

Design and installation of a hot water layer system at the Tehran research reactor

Seyedeh Leila Mirmohammadi、Morteza Gharib、Parnian Ebrahimzadeh 等 4 位作者2013-01-01Nuclear Technology and Radiation Protection

A hot water layer system (HWLS) is a novel system for reducing radioactivity under research reactor containment. This system is particularly useful in pool-type research reactors or other light water reactors with an open pool surface. The main purpose of a HWLS is to provide more protection for operators and reactor…
