Yao Shu、Guomin Ou、Li Wang 等 5 位作者2010-10-25Journal of Nanomaterials

Extracellular matrix (ECM), like biomimetic surface modification of titanium implants, is a promising method for improving its biocompatibility. In this paper chitosan (Chi) and heparin (Hep) multilayer was coated on pure titanium using a layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly technique. The Hep-Chi multilayer growth was…

Tilted-Cone Induced Cusps and Nonmonotonic Structures in Dynamical Polarization Function of Massless Dirac Fermions

Tatsuro Nishine、Akito Kobayashi、Yoshikazu Suzumura2010-10-25Journal of the Physical Society of Japan

The polarization function of electrons with the tilted Dirac cone found in organic conductors is studied using the tilted Weyl equation. The dynamical property is explored based on the analytical treatment of the particle-hole excitation. It is shown that the polarization function as the function of both the frequency…

Coherence Effect of Sign-Reversing s±-Wave Cooper Pair State in Heavily Overdoped LaFeAsO-based Superconductor: 75As-Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance

Hidekazu Mukuda、Mariko Nitta、Mitsuharu Yashima 等 7 位作者2010-10-25Journal of the Physical Society of Japan

We report an 75As-nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) study on heavily electron-doped LaFeAsO_1-xF_x(La1111) with Tc=5 K. Nuclear spin relaxation rate (1/T1) measurement has revealed that a Hebel-Slichter (HS) peak partially recovers in heavily electron-overdoped regimes where the nesting condition of hole and electron…

Investigation of high frequency performance limit of graphene field effect transistors

Erçağ Pince、Coşkun Kocabaş2010-10-25Applied Physics Letters

Extremely high field effect mobility together with the high surface coverage makes graphene a promising material for high frequency electronics application. We investigate the intrinsic high frequency performance limit of graphene field effect transistors limited by the charge impurity scattering. The output and trans…

New mixed nanoparticles were obtained by self-aggregation of two amphiplic monomers. The first monomer (C18)(2) L5-Oct contains two C18 hydrophobic moieties bound to the N-terminus of the cyclic peptide octreotide, and spaced from the bioactive peptide by five units of dioxoethylene linkers. The second monomer, (C18)(…
