ZnO based organic-inorganic hybrid p-n junction diode

Budhi Singh、Subhasis Ghosh2013-01-01AIP conference proceedings

We have fabricated zinc oxide and metal phthalocyanine based hybrid p-n junction diodes using aluminum doped zinc oxide film as transparent conducting electrode. The current rectifying behavior of these hybrid diodes is similar to those of inorganic p-n junction diodes. The current-voltage measurement gives a rectific…

Universal conductance fluctuations as a direct probe to valley coherence and universality class of disordered graphene

Vidya Kochat、Atindra Nath Pal、Arindam Ghosh2013-01-01AIP conference proceedings

We demonstrate that the universal conductance fluctuations (UCF) can be used as a direct probe to study the valley quantum states in disordered graphene. The UCF magnitude in graphene is suppressed by a factor of four at high carrier densities where the short-range disorder essentially breaks the valley degeneracy of…

Influence of Phase Compensation Method on Magnetizing Inrush Identification

Xiangfei Sun、Jianping Zhou2013-01-01Energy and Power Engineering

The effect of different phase compensation methods on second harmonic ratio of magnetizing inrush is investigated. The flux linkage expression of switching on an unload transformer is deduced and influence factors of inrush current are analyzed firstly. Then the difference of two kinds of phase compensation methods, f…

Liquid-glass transition of water/salt mixtures

Mika Kobayashi、Hajime Tanaka2013-01-01AIP conference proceedings

Water is known to exhibit a number of anomalous behaviors and to be an exceptionally poor glass-former. However, both features are strongly affected by applying pressure or adding salt. This means that these two parameters have strong influence on physical factors controlling the unusual features of water. By using a…

A Phenomenological Micromechanical Model of FCC Metals under Radiation Induced Crystal Defects

Y. Aoyagi、Tomohito Tsuru、Yoshiyuki Kaji2013-01-01OpenAlex
