ASRによる膨張を模擬し鉄筋破断が生じた供試体実験から,内部からの膨張を受けた供試体の経時的な外観劣化性状や,鉄筋破断がひび割れ,変形などの外観劣化に与える影響について検討した.供試体は実構造物を模擬した1/4スケールとし,中空部に膨張モルタルを用いることでASR膨張を模擬した.また,実験パラメータは,鉄筋種別,帯鉄筋比,膨張量および曲げ加工半径とした.その結果,今回の実験では,帯鉄筋1本程度の破断で破断箇所近傍の変形やひび割れ性状に差異は確認されなかった.一方,鉄筋の銘柄により初期損傷が異なり,初期損傷が大きいほど鉄筋曲げ加工部での損傷進展は顕著となることが判明した.さらに,鉄筋の化学成分やシャルピー衝撃試験などから,初期損傷と…

Experimental Study on Effect of Stress on Magnetic Domain Structure under Geomagnetic Condition

摘要: 金属磁记忆检测技术是一种能对铁磁构件早期损伤进行有效诊断的无损检测技术。为进一步探索研究金属磁记忆检测的机理,选用粉纹法对Q235平板试样的磁畴结构进行观察,研究地磁场中不同应力状态下该铁磁材料的磁畴结构的变化特征,并且利用高精度弱磁检测装置获取其试件表面的漏磁信号规律。试验结果表明:随外载荷的改变,被观察部位的磁畴类型、畴壁形态有显著性变化,且不同区域的磁畴转变快慢不同但变化趋势相近;同时,随外载荷的增大,试件表面漏磁信号增大。验证了地磁场中铁磁材料的磁畴结构受应力作用发生磁畴移动与转向,并且在应力撤出后这种改变得以保留的规律。为铁磁材料磁记忆检测微观机理的进一步探索研究提供可靠、有效的试验依据。
