ヘリウムガスを用いた一室加圧型鋳造における鋳型空洞の圧力挙動

チタン鋳造体の品質は,チタンの鋳造方法と鋳型の特性に左右されやすい.今回,一室加圧型鋳造機でヘリウムガスとアルゴンガスを用いてチタン鋳造をおこなう際の鋳型空洞の圧力挙動を検討した.ヘリウムガスとアルゴンガスの圧力の増加率の挙動は,ガス種と鋳型の通気度に依存した.また,鋳込みの駆動力となる最大の圧力値は,同じ鋳型では両ガスともほぼ同じであった.しかし,鋳型によってはその圧力値が最大になった後,ヘリウムガスの圧力はアルゴンガスのそれよりも速く減少した.したがって,一室加圧型鋳造機では,アルゴンガスを使用することが適切であり,ガス種と鋳型の通気度に依存する圧力挙動が鋳造体の欠陥生成に影響すると推測された.

上部電極/TiO_2/Pt積層構造において, 上部電極材料が抵抗スイッチング現象に与える影響について調べた. 上部電極としてPt, Ag, Alを用いた場合に, それぞれノンポーラ型, バイポーラ型, 不安定なノンポーラ型の動作を示した. Pt, Ag上部電極をカソードとして用いると類似のRS特性が確認された. このことから, Pt, AgのRSはアノード界面近傍で起こっていること示唆される. Al上部電極をカソードとして用いた場合は, フォーミングオフとなり, 続くRSも不安定であった. これは, Al/TiO_2界面で発生する酸化還元反応が影響していると考える.

[[abstract]]唐宋之時,僧侶出家第一要件即是經由官方認可的程序出家。政府授與度牒。僧籍留存中央,稱之為公度;反之即為私度。政府依此檢核僧侶,沙汰偽濫僧尼。唐代官方文書及文人的文集中,並未留下清楚的資料。宋承唐後,對於出家過程有了更明確的規範,管控僧尼的制度也更為完善,編輯於南宋的《慶元條法事類》則是對於宋開國以後的法律施行細則的記錄,《慶元條法事類》中所記錄者代表兩宋政府的確依此執行。《慶元條法事類》中有二卷記錄到出家的法定過程,即試經度僧、特恩度僧及進納度僧等三種,對於我們了解宋代度僧制度是非常有幫助的,宋代的度僧制度既承唐後,而又加以定制化,同時也影響明清的度僧制度,那麼《慶元條法事類》的重要性自然可知。
